Demigods and Human Powers

With the creation of humans, there was of course going to be demigods. When gods get humans pregnant, they'll give birth to a demigod with powers weaker then the god. However, demigods are still mortal and die of old age. They age like humans.

Their blood is a light red that seems to shine. Most demigods act like humans for most of their lives and don't mess with god stuff. Like Human Gods, their powers don't awaken till they've eaten a god apple. To them the taste is bittersweet, unlike Human Gods.

There is another way for Demigods to be created is as a gift. If a god adopts a child, the god can give their powers to the human child and make them a demigod. These type of demigods don't need God apples to awaken their powers and often are more powerful.

However, there is another type of god given power. However, there is only one case of this type. The passed on God power.

There was once a god. A special god. A powerful god. This one created from human sin. The God of Greed, Power, and Evil. He is known as All For One. The rest of the gods were unaware of him for years until he showed his face. He had gained a human army, promising them power. He tried to overthrow Creati, but failed.

He was banished and thought to have been killed. However, he was working on a power. A power as powerful as a god and it would only get even more powerful. He took a powerless man and promised him everything. However, this man wanted to help people and didn't get corrupt by All For One's power.

Instead he became One For All, God of Light, Goodness, and Kindness. He fought All For One, leaving both weak. Well One For All, who was still human, aged slowly, he still aged. One For All had the power to pass on his god powers to a pure human soul. So, when he became too weak, he gave his power to the purest soul alive.

This power continued to grow in strength for years, passing from user to user. However, the new passing hasn't happened yet. The One For All user is growing weak. Someone will get his power soon. And when that day comes, All For One will fall.

There was a prophesy. An old one. Told by a Demigod who is now long forgotten.

"The 9th, the Music, and the Protection will help each other. Through Greed, Power, and Evil. They will stop the burning fire. They will help the lost. On that day, new gods will be born."

There have currently been 8 cases of One For All. There's also the missing music god. Soulmate of Creati. However, the Protection is unknown who they might be. Perhaps Chargebolt's soulmate, also missing. The world will only know on that fateful day.

Izuku stopped taking notes and closed the book. He loved learning about the gods. This book seemed to have a lot of info on them. Surprising a lot. A lot of it wasn't in other books. For example, One For All and All For One were new ideas to him. But looking back on it, it made sense.

After all, many people claimed that people had god like powers and strength. A Nana Shimura  came to mind. A legendary warrior who fought for her people and saved thousands of people. Many claim she was a god. Perhaps, she was a holder of One For All.

He looked at the author at the book. Toshinori Yagi. Izuku checked the back of the book. He had contacts. An email seemed the quickest one. Izuku boot up his computer and emailed Mr. Yagi.

Subject: Your God Book

"Hello! I'm Izuku Midoriya and I'm curious about the sources for your book. These seem like new things I've never seen in any other books. I hope you respond quickly. :) "

Izuku sighed. He probably wouldn't get a respon-oh he already got one!
