Gene and Jessica entered the room their mother was just luxuriating. Gene shouted so she could hear him. "Mom!" But his voice wasn't loud enough to be heard. "I'll try it!" Jessica offered. Gene didn't believe mum would hear her, but apparently left her try it. "Mom!" But she didn't hear them this time either. Gene got an idea. He closed his eyes and concentrated. Air in the vacuum cleaner, which suck everything in suddenly disappeared and the cleaner stopped working. Their mom stopped and took her headphones out of her ears. Yes, she had headphones in her ears. That was the second reason why she didn't notice her children. She'd step on the button to turn it on again but it turned off instead. Then she finally notice her children. Gene spoke: "Mom, I need your help." He reached into his pocket and pulled out the locket. "We found this locket at Kingsland Castle. It looks like those from Coral Island. And since grand mom was a jewellery maker, I thought, maybe you know something about that." He gave her the locket and she look at it. She put it on and closed her eyes. The mirror in the locket shon and her appearance change. She had short ginger hair and light skin tone. "I thought so." She whispered and took off the locket. Her skin was brown and your long black hair was in a bun. She gave Gene the locket and said, "This is a necklace of metamorphosis. People say magus used them to conceal their appearance, when thy travelled to a faraway lands." Then she froze and began to speak in a deep and mysterious voice, as if in a trance. "In the depths of the land of Kingsland, you can see the emerald that shines day and night. The Earth emerald, the key to absolute power." Then she returned to reality. Gene and Jessica looked at her as if seeing a ghost. "Why are you looking at me like that?" She asked. "You were having some prophesy again, Mom." Gene replied. "You said something about the Earth emerald in the depths of Kingsland." Jessica was confused. "What was that supposed to mean?" Their mom didn't have answers. "I don't know, I can't control my prophecies myself. But whenever it happens to me, it means something important. I remember my parents telling me something about the Earth emerald, but it was just a legend. Um, what was that legend about?" Her thoughts were interrupted by Jessica. "You also said it was a key to absolute power. It must be serious."

"We must go to Kingsland immediately! I have to go for my friends." Gene decided and ran to the living room. His mother and sister followed him. Gene was surprised by what he saw in the living room. Ruby was crying in Alex's arms. Ruby can cry? Gene didn't know that. Ruby pushed Alex away when she noticed Gene. "So, Gene, did you discovered anything about the locket?" She asked nervously. "No." Gene lied. He didn't want them to know what he'd learned. "Wake up Twinkle, we have to go." He ordered. "We have to go? Where? "Alex asked incomprehensibly.
"There's no time to explain." Gene said in a harsh voice and walked out the door. Alex got up from the couch and followed Gene. Ruby shook Twinkle to wake her up. The fairy slowly opened her eyes. "Hurry up, Twinkle, we have to go." Ruby said. "Where are we going again?" Twinkle asked sleepily. "I don't know. Ruby said. "Gene didn't want to tell us anything." Ruby grabbed Twinkle's hand and hurried to catch up with the boys before they'll take the elevator.

"Mom, can I go with them this time, please?" Jessica mumbled, watching the scene. "Ok, you can go on an adventure with your brother and his friends. You're a big girl after all. And I trust you'll be careful, right? " Harley replied. "Thank you very much, Mom. And don't worry; I'll take care of myself." Jessica thanked her with a big hug. "But your brother has to agree to it, too! " She shouted at Jessica as she walked out the door. Unfortunately, Jessica didn't catch the elevator. So she had to catch up with Super 4 differently. She ran down the stairs to the cellar, where the owners' motorcycles were parked. Jessica had her own motorcycle, which her father had given her for her birthday. She painted it her favourite colour, orange. She put on her helmet, got on, and went through the underground tunnel into the streets of Technopolis. She didn't see Gene and his friends. Then she noticed their vehicle starting. "They are about to leave." Jessica had to catch up with her. She stepped on the gas. She managed to catch up with Chameleon and miraculously not knock anyone down. Gene saw her from the window. He stopped and opened the door. "Gene, what's going on?" Twinkle asked. An orange flying motorcycle flew into Chameleon. The girl on the motorcycle took off her helmet and showed her face. Gene walked over to her. "Jessica, what are you doing here?" He asked. "Mom let me go on an adventure with you. If you don't mind." Jessica explained. Gene slapped his forehead gently. "Just please don't get in any trouble." He replied. Jessica nodded. Gene turned to his friends. "Jessica, these are my friends, Alex, Ruby, Twinkle and Alien. And guys, this is my sister Jessica." Everyone greeted her. Alien jumped Twinkle out of her arms and went to sniff his new friend. He liked her. Also because she smelled similar to Gene. "Can I get my motorcycle somewhere?" Jessica asked. Gene walked over to the dashboard and said, "We have one flying motorcycle, you can get yours to it." He pushed a button and pulled the lever. A small "garage" with a flying motorcycle opened. Jessica put her motorcycle in the "garage" and went to a seat. Twinkle sat down next to her and began talking to her. "So, Jessica, why didn't Gene ever talk about you? How old are you? Do you like animals? You don't believe in magic, like Gene? Do you like animals?" The questions from her mouth flew so fast that Jessica couldn't take them. "Slow down, one by one, ok?" She said. Twinkle nodded, and Jessica began answering her questions. "Gene never mentioned me 'cause he couldn't. I'm two years younger than him. I'm eighteen. I never thought about whether I like animals. I have nothing against them, but I've never been a type of person who would want a pet. And I do believe in magic." Twinkle was pleasantly surprised by her answer. She thought that since she was Gene's sister, she wouldn't believe in magic either. She was so excited that she didn't even paid attention to one thing Jessica said. 'Gene never mentioned me 'cause he couldn't.'

They arrived in Kingsland and it was chaos. Fire was everywhere. It reminded Ruby of her dream. Palace on fire. But this time it was a castle. Twinkle flew to the windshield and stared at it in amazement. "Wow, Gene, you were right when you said we had to go." She said. "But how did you know? Are you a fortune teller?" Jessica was amused by her question. Gene smiled a little, too. They got out of Chameleon. Then they noticed something strange. The guards ran into the fire with their spears ready, as if to stab someone. Suddenly they stopped. They couldn't move. They seemed in pain. "Look!" Twinkle shouted, pointing to the flames. A figure dressed in a black cloak stood there. Ruby froze. It was her, the figure from her dream. She turned into a little flame and disappeared. Ruby wanted to run after her but Alex stopped her. "Ruby, wait, we have to put out the fire." But Ruby disobeyed Alex and headed in the direction the flame had disappeared.

She ran through the forest but she could no longer see the flame. "Damn." She swore and slammed her fist into the tree. At that moment, she heard an evil laugh. It was coming out of a cave at the edge of the forest. She hid and was waiting to see what would happen. She saw the figure coming out of the cave with something in her hand It was a beautiful emerald. The figure put it to the neck. It shone with a beautiful green light. She also saw blue and red lights. She knew exactly what it was. She climbed out of her hiding place with the saber in her hand. The figure was shocked. "Ruby? I thought I got rid of you." She said angrily. "Yeah, you're wrong." Ruby replied and rushed at the figure. Before she could reach her, the figure raised her hand and lifted the pirate into the air. "Oh, Ruby, I thought that after the last time you will learn to be afraid of me." She said and hit Ruby on the ground. Ruby wanted to get up, but she couldn't. The figure still controlled her body. "So, what am I going to do with you?" The figure thought, taking a coin from the pocket of her cloak. She tossed it in the air and caught it again. She cheered. "So, head or eagle? Eagle! Great, you are coming with me, darling." She made Ruby stand up and follow her. Then something hit her in the head and she fell to the ground. Ruby was free. She wanted to take the woman's necklace but before she could, someone grabbed her arm and ran back to the castle with her. Ruby freed herself from grip and shouted, "Alex, I have to go back there! The witch stole something from the cave." The prince looked at her in confusion. "Why would anyone steal anything in the cave?" He didn't understand. "There's no treasure." Ruby replied: "I don't know. But whatever it is, it must be important. And in her hands, it can be seriously dangerous." The prince was even more confused. "Who was the figure in that cloak? Do you know who it is?" The pirate looked at the ground. "I can't tell you that." She whispered in a sad voice.
