Our creator's origin is that of divinity and ungodly estate that, when looked in to, drove many faint-hearted scholars to insanity. These pages, grouped together created the Depraved Tomes, took the sanity of many who read them.
Why, you may ask in your heart, Why did they take the reader's sanity?
An excellent question that is, one that must be answered here and now: The reason being because these tomes were never supposed to exist. They are the writings of a being known only by the name of Disease. He is a foul being and keen on destruction, for this he knows only to kill, steal, and destroy. He came into being when the One split in two, creating two beings: The first was Yloh (Yul), a being of holiness and great moral prowess that can bring a nation together in unity. The other was known as Ylohnu (Yul-noo), a being so foul and disgusting that he polluted the earth with his sin and lo, caused the world to become a sick and twisted place. The people of the earth called him one name, a name forever carried on by all who know of it: Disease. He was a threat to everything, even the Universe, for when the One split, it caused the Universe to split into two extremes and two timelines, each holding seperate enities in name but not in deed. The timeline that was the product of The Split was a timeline where Disease never came into being and thus, the earth was perfect forevermore. The timeline we live in is, through process of elimination, the one where Disease did come into being and thus, the earth reaked the stench of sin.
This is the origin of Disease, a product of The Split. My oh my, it seems time as slipped away from us. I must be on my way, but do read further into this tome, if you please.
