"has corbyn said if he's almost here?"
"he should be here in the next five minutes."
corbyn finally pulled up, "you guys are idiots."
"just come jump it."
"hand me the jumper cables."
daniel and i turned to each other, "we thought you were bringing them!"
"you guys don't have any?"
"no!"
"i'll just drive you home."
"what about this car?"
"we'll call a tow or something."
"sounds good to me."
daniel and i get into corbyn's car, once we're inside daniel calls the tow company and gives them the details.
"oh my girlfriend's calling."
'hey chris! how are you?'
this phone call seemed familiar.
'stressed. pretty sure i failed my test, what are you doing?'
'driving back to the hotel with daniel and venus.'
'that's such a pretty name! who is that?'
'Jonah's best friend.'
he makes eye contact with me so i speak up, 'hi christina. it's nice to sorta meet you.'
she lets out a laugh, i turn back to daniel and start a conversation with him while christina and corbyn finish their phone call.
"she's flying out."
daniel and i exchange a look before corbyn speaks again, "she wants to come meet you guys."
"so she's flying out here? when?"
"tonight."
"ah."
if my life is actually like my dream then christina and corbyn will break up during her trip here. "i don't know what to do."
"what do you mean?"
daniel furrows his eyebrows, he was obviously confused by what was happening.
"i think i need to break up with her."
"dude! she's flying all the way out here? and you're breaking up with her?"
"it's better to do it in person."
corbyn nods, "true. can we just uh stop talking about it now."
"yeah sure. so when do you think you guys will be moving out here?"
"i don't know, david said he has a house for us."
"oh." what if jonah moves out here without me?
