Tame that Red Fury
I am writhing in pain
Baghjan is burningI walked out
And
Looked at the sky above
It was vanquished
A crimson hue had spread all over it.With a sigh of desolation
I walked slowly
In hope that
The pristine air will soothe
The burn inside me.Instead I inhaled a concoction
Of methane and propane
I stood dazed and numb.Baghjan is sleeping
Embracing all her flora and fauna
Deep in her heart.I looked up at the fiery sky
And cried in silence
Tame that red fury
I don't want to be swallowed
By the inferno there.
