Kyungsoo had spent most of his time in front of his laptop. If asked what he did in the last three hours, he would most likely give the most basic answer-write.

Writing was his breakfast, lunch, and dinner. He loved the feeling of creating his own world from wondrous images to erotic descriptions. He had mastered the secret techniques of capturing the hearts of his readers. He enjoyed scanning through the comment box of his fanfictions where thousands had taken time to express their gratitude towards him.

Yes, fanfictions. In other words, he wasn't the Danielle Steel or Nicholas Sparks of the century. Perhaps the next E L James, a renowned writer who started her career online.

For the record, he was just an average teenager who had been more famous under the pseudonym "Dyonut."

When asked about his relationship goal, Kyungsoo would proudly say "ChanBaek" which basically meant Chanyeol and Baekhyun, the two guys who were members of a well-known boyband and were believed to be in a relationship despite of South Korea's unhinged sexual perspective.

Kyungsoo couldn't count the number of fanfictions he had written about ChanBaek. Presently, he was working on his story entitled Black Temptation. Browsing through the ChanBaek tags, Kyungsoo's fanfic would come flooding on various timelines, either full of quotable lines or romantic conversations between his characters. His chaptered fics had been translated into different languages.

Fame was not important to Kyungsoo. There were days that he would spare time to reply to the comments and to thank his loyal readers for being supportive even though sometimes haters misjudged his work. But it didn't matter. Because for him, nothing was ever worth than the prize of sharing a whole new world with someone special-be it ChanBaek or ChanBaek shippers.

Most of the time, Kyungsoo talked to his online friends for more updates. It wasn't difficult to find his muse during concerts where ChanBaek moments would randomly appear on stage. Then he'd be thanking his best friend Junmyeon, his sometimes-beta-reader-or-creative-toolbar, for life support in the means of fanboying over his OTP. Although sometimes, the two would argue about Chanyeol being the top and Baekhyun being the bottom. Junmyeon believed in miracles that height was not the basis of dominance.

After school, Kyungsoo would bid his farewell to his classmates without the doubt of being left out. Black Temptation was more important, he thought. Once in concentration, nobody could ever talk to him. He was a perfectionist. If chapter 3 was good then chapter 4 must be better and chapter 5 should be better-better.

During the recesses of his mind, he wished to meet his readers and give them a party where ChanBaek would guest. He foresaw himself personally witnessing the two's affection for each other. He dreamt of having a picture with them and he promised to make it his FB display photo, twitcon, mobile/desktop wallpaper, and everything. ChanBaek was his youth-something he learned to cherish more than his emotional needs.

Kyungsoo once said that he'd rather see ChanBaek date than see himself with someone. But at some point, he thought that he was willing to meet the-perfect-guy-who-will-kiss-me-under-a-cherry-blossom-tree. It was a challenge.

"I read your recent update," Junmyeon said in between the noisy munches of food inside his mouth. Sometimes, Kyungsoo disliked having lunch with him. He was rather one of the most disturbing creatures who didn't look like he came from a wealthy family.

Kyungsoo stared boringly at his best friend, a little not satisfied with his own update since he lacked hours to proofread. Damn teachers for being Godzillas. "It was garbage." He shook his head in disgust.

"Fuck you."

"Fuck you, too."

"No, Soo. Fuck you for being humble," Junmyeon hissed. "You had me licking my laptop's screen after reading that mind-blowing sexy time. Chanyeol was so hot when he asked Baekhyun to bend over Professor Sooman's desk." He squealed, earning a look of contempt from the other tables.
