ok but imagine harry taking y/n out to a restaurant with some friends and when the waiter approaches them asking how many people are in the group, he purposely doesn't include her in the count because he wants her on his lap, not in the seat next to him or across from him. he's so unashamed about his acts of affection in public too and he finds amusement in the way that y/n's cheeks heat up when he sets her in his lap and he'd just pinch her cheeks and say "awh how cute, embarrassed that daddy won't let go of you? i'm sorry puppy, i'm too greedy to not have you in my arms"

no one would seem shocked at his name for himself, everyone already knowing how he acts with her because he does it everywhere. and he'd order for her too, deciding to get her a nice soup because she's just too little to order for herself (though she would appreciate it, even if she pretends she doesn't, because it's always intimidating to talk to strangers, even if it's the server). and when the soup comes, he'd make a huge show of blowing on it to cool it down so it wouldn't burn her tongue and then of course, he'd also feed it to her with one hand holding the spoon up to her lips and one hand lightly massaging her thigh.
