You were about halfway through the trip. Griffin got tired so Bryce started driving. Griffin came and sat with you because there were only a couple seats open.
Griffin: how are you doing
Cora: I'm fine
Griffin: I'm good thanks for asking
Cora: omg shut up
You both laugh. you decide to watch Netflix with griffin. You are watching the movie and are laughing constantly and smiling at each other. You're just having fun.

You hear quinton clear his throat multiple times so you and griffin turn around.
Griffin: bro what?
Quinton: can I talk to you real quick?
Griffin: yeah
They both stood up and walked to the back of the bus then sat down and started to talk.
You wondered what they could be talking about and why they couldn't say it in front on you.

GRIFFIN POV:
You were really confused. Why did quinton need to talk to you in private.
You sat down in the seat across from quinton and he began talking.
Quinton: ok so I know this is kind of weird but like I just wanted to know if... like do you have feelings for Cora?
Griffin: what?
Griffin: no... I mean yeah no. we're just um friends. But why do you care anyways? Your not dating anymore so her love life is none of your business.
Quinton: ok well see I didn't ask for you opinion I just asked a simple question so I guess we are done here.
You stood up and left to go sit back with Cora. Yeah maybe you thought Cora was pretty and sweet and loving and just a really good person, but that doesn't mean you have feelings for her...right?
On the way back to your seat you felt someone tap on your back. It was Kio. You turned around to face him.
Griffin: what's up?
Kio: ok sorry but I was kind of easdropping on your conversation with Quinton and I'm so relieved that you don't have feelings or a thing with Cora.
Griffin: what? what do you mean.
Kio: it's just... I've liked Cora for a while but obviously she was dating quinton than Jaden and then she was in a bad place. When she finally moved back into sway i thought you two were secretly doing something but I guess not!

You were kind of weirded out. you never thought Kio had feelings for Cora. also why would he think you two had feelings for eachother or were dating. you were like best friends or even siblings.
I mean she did make you happy and she was so fun to be around but...

Kio: griffin?
Griffin: oh yeah um... good for you?
Kio: do you think I should ask her out
Griffin: No... I mean just she's like still um emotionally unstable. she just got kidnapped and raped Quinton!
Kio: ok I guess.

You left to go sit down with Cora again.
Cora: griffin? why did he need to talk to you
Griffin: oh um just business stuff.
Cora: oh ok
Griffin: I think I'm gonna go drive again so I'll see you later
Cora: oh bye.
You stood up and walked to the front of the bus.
Griffin:yo Bryce let me drive
Bryce: griff you just drove for like 7 hours you need a break.
Griffin: just let me drive I can't sleep
Bryce pulled over and griffin got in the drivers seat.

Driving gave griffin lots of time to think about everything.
Did he really like Cora?
Was he bothered by Kio liking Cora?
He always has been very protective over her. When he had thought Quinton cheated he was furious. when Jaden hurt Cora griffin was ready to beat his ass. when she was living on her own he checked up on her all the time. He even hung out with her sometimes. when she was kidnapped griffin was so scared. his heart was beating so hard when he was driving.
maybe he did have feelings for her....

CORAS POV:
You were so beyond confused. griffin looked kind of angry... but you didn't even do anything. and why would quinton bring him to the back of the bus just to talk about business. You weren't believing that...
You go sit with charli.
Charli: hey bebes
Cora: hiii char char
You both talked about random stuff for a while.
Charli: is something wrong?
Cora: kind of
Charli: girlll what?
Cora: idk griffin seems kind of upset and weird and I don't know what I did. he was perfectly fine and then Quinton talked to him in the back... and now he's acting weird!

CHARLI POV:
Omg finally. Charli could tell that griffin has liked Cora forever! Every since he broke up with Dixie all he does is hang out with and talk about Cora!
Charli: yeah idk what's up with him
Cora: oh okay... he's probably just tired of something
Charli: yeah for sure!
