Letting your crystals choose you..

When thinking about getting crystals, make sure you do your research, or don't, up to you.
You're at a crystal store, you're browsing crystals and you've writen down the ones that appealed to you.

[Side note: I recommend (if you haven't already) Selenite & Obsidian, I look at selenite as a power house crystal, selenite can be used for almost anything and is one of my favorites. Obsidian is a perfect crystal for protection.]

Looking at selenite, visualise all the crystals with your eyes open, feeling the power of each one, some will give no vibrations and some will give heaps of vibrations, pick the one with the vibration that appeals to you the most. Using what you know about the crystal place the crystal in your palm, does it enlighten you? Does it make you feel the way your research told you? If so, then that crystal has spoken to you and that crystal is yours..

Cleansing your crystals..

Cleansing your crystals can be done any way you feel that makes them clean.

When I get new crystals I place them in a dish of pink or black salt and place my selenite in the middle facing upwards. The salt around the crystals draws out negative vibrations, the negative vibrations are pulled out by the Selenite which disperses the energy out into the air. I would usually keep this dish outside by the door to keep the bad vibrations entering my home. Doing this 'salt bath' draws and empty all energy out of the crystal that was previously in them.

I never clean my crystals with water as they can become extremely toxic.

Charging your crystals..

There are many different ways to charge crystals and everyone has their own method, this is how I charge mine even though it can differ from time to time depending on what feels right to me.
After cleansing my crystals in salt untill I feel the job is done I feel that my crystals are low on energy because Ive drained anything that was stored in them before, i will transfer them from my salt bath to on my windowsill as the sun is setting and remove them from their position as the sun rises. Where and what you do with your crystals is completely up to you. I charge my crystals no matter the wade of the moon, full, quarter, half as it all works however full moon gives the most fulfilling charge.

Cleansing yourself though your crystals..

There is no best way to charge yourself through your crystals as everyone is different. I enjoy sleeping with my crystals under my pillow or in a pouch above or below my bed. I also enjoy sitting with my crystal in the palm of my hand with the narrow most end facing away
