Closure. I think attended my ex's wedding is enough, I guess.

I choose my gray casual sleeveless dress and a pair of strapped sandal. Pagkatapos kong suklayin ang hanggang balikat kong buhok ay dumiretso na ako sasakyan.

I drove the car slowly while listening into some mellow songs. Medyo malapit ito sa vacation house kina Mama, kaya naisipan ko na din na umattend.

Despite of quiet bitterness of this event, I think this is more better than the regret of not attending.

I was quiet nervous but thinking some past flings of my ex are coming, I think that's just lessen the doubt of my decision. Especially that it looks like the bride doesn't mind it at all.

I don't think the bride should be threatened by me if I would attend right?

I'm just his ex after all.

Hindi nga ako pinakilala ng family niya.

But I thought that day would come...

Though, my ex's cousin gave me an invitation card. Hindi ngayon ang kasal pero ngayong araw ako pinapapunta ni Courtney, pinsan ng ex ko.

Hours passed and the sky is almost getting dark because of threatening rainfall. At nang nakaabot na sa dalawang lane ay nalito ako kung saan ako liliko. Mag-aaccess sana ako sa GPS sa phone ko kaso di ko pala na charge. Kaya minabuti kong ihinto ito sa isang gas station at naisipan na din magpa-gas.

"Premium po," sabi ko. Lumabas na din nang may makitang vending machine sa gilid. May maliit na restaurant din sa likod pero mas malapit ang vending machine.

"Sige po. Ma'am," sagot niya.

After I pay him, I hand him the copy of the address and ask him about it. It help me, lalo na at mukhang kabisado niya ang lugar.

"Sa right lane po ma'am, may private beach resort po doon," tumango ako't nagpasalamat na rin saka niya pinagpatuloy ang pagpapa-gas sa sasakyan ko.

Habang nagpapagas pa si Manong, lumapit na din ako doon sa vending machine. Pagkatapos kong maselect ang soda can at sandwich, agad akong naghulog ng pera doon. At habang ginagawa ko iyon ay napapaisip ako,

Is this a good idea going into their wedding? What if I would break down? What if I still have deep feelings for him? Would I be able to bear it?

My thoughts stopped when suddenly a black sports car almost crash into my car! I froze because of shock. It was driven wildly that I thought it would crash my car but it wasn't!

It just made my car move slightly. But the thought that my car gain scratches, I think I would see red. Nilingon ko ang vending machine. Mabilisan kong kinuha ang soda can at sandwich.

I heard some ugly curses when I felt they got out. I was even grateful when Manong scolded them because of the curses and to my poor car. Some staffs from the restaurant came to see what happened.

They we're all boys. Tall and gorgeously hot that made them look more intimidating and quiet dangerous. They look shocked and amused at the same time of what happened.

"Pasensiya na manong. Iniwan kasi ng girlfriend kaya pati pagmamaneho napabayaan," natatawang sabi ng nakaeyeglass na lalaki pero may maliit na tatoo sa leeg.

He was pointing at the man who's now looking at the back of my car. Some of his friends talk to some staffs. Lumingon ito sa akin nang mapansin na lumapit ako.

He looks so manly. Medyo mahaba ang buhok nito. The well defined sharp jawline, high cheekbones, tan skin and those dark brown eyes filled with menace. He's wearing dark blue shirt and short pants. Isang tingin ko palang sa kanya ay agad ko na itong iniwas. He's too much. He's effortlessly...hot.

Isang sipol ang natanggap ko nang nakalapit ako sa kanya. He didn't even move a distance that irk me a bit. I can't help it but notice his manly scent. Ang tangkad niya. Kahit di ko man i-measure height namin obvious na hanggang balikat lang ako.

I signed in relief as I saw no scratches. Ayokong isauli ko ito ni Mama na may gasgas. It may be look quiet old but it is valuable for her, for us.

"Looks like I scare your car," he said playfully. Didn't even content with the distance, he lean over. Napahigit ko ang hininga ko. He smirked more.

"Well, I think its fine unless you've hurt it. Though, I don't allow it to be touched by harmful things." I said pertaining to his dangerous sports car and step back. He chuckled. Medyo kinabahan ako sa di kaalamang dahilan.

He stared at me for a while that makes me really intimidated.

I was about to turn my back. Wanting to leave here when he suddenly grab my arm. Napatingin ako sa mainit niyang kamay na nakahawak sa braso ko.

"I wonder if the owner must be untouched too, I maybe look too harmful for her but I can be gentle to her...in some other ways," he smirked. Saying the last words slowly. He even caressed my arm slowly.

Kumunot ang noo ko sa narinig. Tila nablanko ata ang utak ko panandalian. Nagkatinginan kami saglit. The menace in his eyes made me realized of something,

Is he trying to play with me? Ha! One of the jerks, I guess?

Gosh, does my ex isn't enough?

"Ma'am, okay lang po ba sasakyan niyo?"

Agad akong napabalik sa huwisyo ko. Binawi ko ang braso ko. Binitwan naman niya iyon, may sasabihin pa ata siya kaso may lumapit na kasamahan niyang lalaki, mukhang tinitignan din kung may gasgas ba sasakyan ko o wala. He was now talking to his friend now. Agad akong pumasok sa sasakyan ko.

"O-Okay lang Manong," pahabol ko. I turn on immediately the car. Hindi na ako tumingin pabalik. Napansin kong may sasabihin sana si Manong kaso, napaandar ko na ang sasakyan ko.

Ininom ko nalang ang soda can ko habang nagdra-drive ako. I just feel my throat dry. I can't help it but think about what just happened. And that stranger man.

Mas delikado pa ata iyon sa ex ko, grabe.
