Slipped away. (Haru x Legosi)

Chapter 1

"So... What now?" Haru asked quietly, she looked up at the carnivores flushed face. He stood for a second in thought.

"What should I do? I mean, where do we go? I would take her anywhere she wanted, or do anything she wanted... well..... hopefully"

"Hey, how about we just go back the hotel? Or uh, anywhere else is fine. I just thought since... I just think it would be a nice place for us to go again." Haru said. Her face slowly blushing. She held his hand tighter and looked up at him again.

"I uh, duh, yeah, we can go! I-I don't mind! N-not at all!" Legosi blurted out. Haru giggled and walked back to the hotel.

While they were walking, a certain carnivore ran up to them..

"Legosi! W-what are you doing? I-I mean, where are you going? Do you need help finding wh-"

"I'm fine, Juno, I'm just heading.. home. No need to worry or anything" Legosi interrupted. He couldn't lie, at this point, he was annoyed beyond belief. Why couldn't she just take the hint and leave him alone?

"Well... Why is umm.... I'm sorry, what was your name again?" Juno asked softly. Haru took no time to respond.

"My name is Haru, and Legosi and I are walking home and I would really appreciate it if you just left us alone because I'm tired of you always getting in our business and getting in the way of everything! BACK OFF! He's mine."

Juno and Legosi stood in shock. But for opposite reasons. Did he hear that right? Is he ACTUALLY hers? He couldn't even believe it! But on the other hand, Juno stood in shock because she never thought Legosi would actually wanna date such a tiny, puny, thing. That absolutely blew her mind.

"Legosi... you actually wanna have that PUNY LITTLE CREATURE!? I was MADE for you! Can't you see? I'm in love with you and would do anything for you! She wouldn't! She so small you would probably step on her on accident-"

"HEY! That's enough talk from you. I wanted Haru, I never wanted you, if anything I was getting uncomfortable around you. I am in love with her and would do absolutely anything for her. I don't care if she can't do everything for me, I'd understand that. I'm her beast. Not yours, you understand now?" Legosi yelled. Juno stood with tears in her eyes. She couldn't even hold them back. Why is he doing this?

"I thought we were made for each other... what did I do wrong? What can I do to show him I'm better for him and she's just a worthless little creature? I was made for him. He was made for me, not her. I just don't understand why or what he is even talking about"

"Let's go, Haru" Legosi said as he took her hand and walked off, away from Juno. Not even looking back.

"Well uh, that was intense" Haru giggled. Legosi sighed and smiled at her. He didn't even care if he hurt Juno's feelings, at this point, he only cares about Haru and her well being then he does anything else.

"So umm, uh, are we uh?-"

"Couple? Yes, yes we are" Haru answered for him. Legosi's heart fluttered by her response and he felt the happiest he ever been.

"Look, the hotels right up ahead" Haru said. Legosi looked up and saw the neon, pink lights.

They walked up to the hotel and Haru opened the door:

"you coming?" She asked.

Legosi nodded and held her tiny hand inside.
