⚡️about Davianna⚡️

Davianna Abimbola was conceived in The Gambia. Her mom is from Nigeria and her father is from Ivory Coast. At first, she lived in Nigeria but had escaped to the US to get away from war at age 11.

Since Davianna only spoke Swahili and Yoruba, schooling was hard because not many understood her. After a few years in the US, she became fluent in English and had reached the top of her class with excellent grades. She got accepted into the high school college that she wanted. She was living her best life, until she found out her parents were getting deported.

Davianna had tried everything she could to prevent this yet nothing had worked. She now visits their home in The Gambia yearly to see her family again.

While in the US, Davianna had found her passion for dancing. She had started with classes and then started auditioning for the ensemble in musicals like Come From Away, Newsies, Mean Girls, and so much more. Her heart was with musicals and dancing. And that's where it was going to stay.

After college, she had raised enough money to go see Hamilton. One specific actor caught her eye, the infamous Okieriete Onaodowan. And that's how this whole thing started.
