Aria's POV

Here I am sitting on my bed with a few outfits on my lap, clueless on what to wear, since I've never had many friend hangout thing.

I settled on a pink sleeve-less tube dress that reached about mid-thigh, paired with an off-white knitted cardigan and white platformed shoes.

I rushed into the shower and washed off dry blood and also relax my tense muscles. Once I finished showering, I dry myself off and check the time to see it 7:52 pm.

Hurriedly dressing up, I rush to my vanity table and quickly apply some concealer to my bruises that litter my face however, they are faint and not as noticeable unless you look very carefully. Then I apply some mascara, eye-liner and then a light blush.

I looked in the mirror to see a big dark bruises peeping out from the end of my skirt on my left leg. I try to cover it up with the concealer but it was still very visible and clear. Just then my phone pinged, notifying me that I had received a message. I rush to see if it was Ayesha, and boy was I correct.

Ayesha.M is Shmekssyyy: Hey gurllll, I'm outside. Hurry up!

I quickly replied with an ok, and grabbed my bag, that had my basic essentials. And with that I tip-toed down the stairs, trying not to grab the attention of Mike. When I got to the door I heard mild snoring. I assumed that he probably slept after he was finished with me. I open the door to be greeted with a gust of wind smacking my face.

I walked further up the hill to see a car honking. I quicken my pace and walk over to the white Range Rover. I sit in the passenger seat. I give off a small smile smile and say hey, and she starts driving.

She replied back " sup, yo looked good"

" thank you look awesome as well"

We reached a few minutes before the movie, so we could buy some snacks and food for the movie. We get into the queue for popcorn, chocolate and drinks.

Once we collected the snacks we headed our way to the theatre rooms. We got to the front desk and Ayesha pulled out her phone to scan the code ( used for when you book a ticket online).

We headed to the theatre and sat in our hooked seats which was near the back in the centre. There was still two minutes before the movie began so there was an advert playing first.

Just when the movie began three tall figures came into view. They were climbing the stairs and heading our way. All the seats where being used except Three on my side. I nudged Ayesha and pointed at the trio and then instantly covered my face with popcorn box. Which not quiet helpful, since all three of them recognised me.

Alec's POV

When I walked higher up the levels of seats, and was about to reach our seat my eyes unconsciously travelled to the person next to my seat to see a very familiar looking person, holding a popcorn box as a shield. I guess I wasn't the only one who noticed because Roy and Jordan raced up to her and started to question her, if she was alright and who the girl next to her was. I think i've seen the other girl around.

When I got to my designated seat, I shoved Roy and Jordan aside so that I could take my seat, which was next to nerdy. And may I just say, someone break me a piece of that candy. I smiled slightly at the two girls as a hello and made myself comfortable. I felt nerdy next to tense up and slightly move away from me to avoid any contact.

Jordan and Roy sat next to me with their huge popcorn tub, which was sweet flavoured, I prefer mine salty. But they didn't have anymore, and next refill was in six minutes, but there was only one minute before the movie began so we just left with the sweet ones.

20 minutes into the movie nerdy poked my bicep. I turned to look at her to see her pointing at her popcorn box. She then said "it's salty" as if she was reading my thoughts. I smiled and gladly took some.

During the movie I took glances at nerdy to either see her eating popcorn, whispering to her friend or eagerly watching movie.

After the movie we left the theatre all together.

Out of nowhere Roy said "why would Melanie eat a cat, I mean at least grill it a bit, why eat it raw" with a look of disgust and cringe morphed onto his face.

Then the blonde girl whom I learned her name to be Ayesha just giggled and recorded Roy's tantrum.

Jordan smacked Roy on the neck and started to laugh, with a sweet angelic voice from next to me trailing behind.

" wtf man, what was that for?" Roy questioned.

"To shut you up, before you tantrum runs on for a whole marathon" Jordan stated with a hint of humour laced in every word.

"You look nice" I said out of nowhere, aiming them at nerdy but unfortunately grabbed the attention of another three significant people. Two of them who will never let this slide so easily.

"Thank you, you look nice as well" nerdy stated timidly, and right then I heard three gasps, then three low quiet screams trailing behind.

"OMG, I ship you both" Ayesha said loud and clear, with Roy nodding his head in agreement and Jordan stifling a laugh. I rolled my eyes and took out my pack of cigarettes from my back pocket, since we were outside now.

I felt a tug on my arm and my cigarette snatched out from my hand. I snapped my head to nerdy to see her with a frown. "Stop smoking a cancer stick"

I rolled my eyes again and put my pack in my pocket.

Suddenly Roy hit us with " you both should come sit with us at lunch tomorrow".

I lowkey wanted them to or a specific person in general, but I didn't want to force them. I saw Ayesha smile and nod where as nerdy tensed up and gave a small smile followed by a nod.

Roy and Jordan looked elated. mostly Roy, but I was also feeling a little giddy and exited but I kept a cool face on.

I started to check nerdy out when I noticed a dark bruise on her left leg. I looked like she was hit with a bat or something really hard. Without a thought I asked her. "How did you manage to get such a bruise?"

She instantly tensed and locked eyes with me. I could see fear and panic dancing in her brown orbs.

"Uh no-nothing, just fell and slipped" she quickly said. I wasn't buying her bullshit, and she knew that. But I dropped the case for now. Key word for now.

We all said our goodbyes and made our own way home. Jordan, Roy and I brought separate cars, because we knew it was gonna get late.

When I got home, mum was baking some cupcakes with lollipop, so I headed straight to the kitchen to grab one off the cooling rack. It had light blue icing with a small chocolate buttons around.

"So good" I complimented the two.

" I know, I'm taking them to school tomorrow, so stop eating" lili stated firmly.

" pack me some as well," I pleaded. She nodded her head.
