Chapter 8

NINAS P.O.V

I started walking aimlessly down the street just crying. Why did this Jackie girl have to come here and ruin everything. Did I over react? I thought to myself. But I know I didn't. My mom set up my phone plan so I could use my phone in a different country when I left to come here with Liam. As I'm walking down the street I feel my phone vibrate, I look down and its Liam. I ignore it about 5 times before he eventually gives up on calling me. I go into this little coffee shop down the street and order a coffee. I sit down at a table while I read a magazine and drink my coffee. As I'm reading about the runway shows in England some guy comes up to my table. He says "excuse me miss, do you mind if I sit with you? There's no more seats." I look around the shop and stare into his blue eyes and say "sure, of course." He sits down and I go back to reading. I feel him staring at me but I don't want to look up. He clears his throat and says "are you from around here? You have a very different accent." I giggle a little and say "no, I'm from PIttsburgh." He nods his head. I am almost done with my coffee and I'm about to get up when he touches my arm and says "wait! I didn't catch your name." I smile and say "Nina." I then throw out my empty cup and put the magazine back. I look over to him and give him a wave he then says "I'm Anthony." I smile and just walk out. He was absolutely gorgeous. He had blue eyes and short black hair and a perfect smile. But I'm here with Liam, I can't start seeing other guys, especially in a different country! I start walking up the block back to Liam's. I've cooled down and maybe I should just hear what he has to say. I look down at my phone as I walk and I have 5 missed calls and 22 new texts from him. I put my phone back in my pocket and make my way back to his house.

LIAMS P.O.V

I start calling Nina and she hasn't answered. What have I done? I go into my room get my shoes and car keys and head out to find her. I'm driving down the road and see her walking. I pull over and roll down my window. "Nina!" I yell. She looks at me and keeps walking. "Get in please baby can we talk?" She stops and stares at me for a minute then gets in. She looks at me and says "just because I got in doesn't mean I'm talking to you. I just don't want to walk home." I smile to myself a little. This is why I fell for her. Her nippy attitude, but it's so cute. I bring her home like she wanted and she goes and locks herself in her room. I find Kaylin and talk to her. I sit on the couch and put the pillow in my face. "Kay, what do I do?" Kaylin looks really sad and says "I don't know Liam. She never ever is like this. She must be really hurt." I just throw the pillow and get up to go to the bathroom. I come back and hear my phone vibrating on the couch. I pick it up and look and it says "Jacks" , it's Jackie. I answer "Jackie, what do you want from me?" I hear her giggle a little and say "Lee, I'm sorry for what I did. You just got so attractive. Did I cause a lot of trouble?" I hated her at this point she did this all on purpose. "Jacqueline get out of my life for good you dumb slut!" I hung up and blocked her number I seriously hate her. She basically ruined Nina and I. Nina has made me happier than I have ever been. She gets me like no one else I don't know what to do now. Before bed I write on a piece of paper saying "Goodnight angel. I'll see you in the morning." I slip it under her door. I hear her pick it up so I know she's still awake. I go into my room and go to sleep finally after a long day.

NINA'S P.O.V

I stay up all night watching t.v. and reading magazines. I'm just thinking, why? Why did Jackie have to come along and ruin this for me. I literally love this kid and I thought he felt the same but I don't know. I finally go to bed at about 3:00 A.M. and wake up at around 11:00 A.M. from Kaylin waking me up saying breakfast is ready. I go into the bathroom, brush my teeth and hair and go out to the kitchen. I pass right by Liam who's in the fridge getting milk and go right for the waffles. I sit down talk to everyone except Liam. I see him eyeing me from the other end of the table. He looked at me and said "Good morning Nina." I looked up and said "Good morning" and continued eating my food. As I was cleaning my plate he tried grabbing me and talking to me but I pushed him away. I go into my room and Kaylin follows me. She closes my door and says "Nin, you're at his house. You cant ignore him like this." I'm getting towels out of my drawers and say "It doesn't matter. I'm going to shower then go down to this coffee shop down the block do you want to come.?" As she's walking out of my room she says "well I was sort of going to go shopping with Ruth. Did you want to come along?" I'm really not in the shopping mood and Ruth is one of the last people I want to be around. She is the reason Jackie came. So I just smile and say "no thanks. I guess we'll catch up later." After the shower I put my hair up throw on a VS sweatshirt, leggings and black vans. I leave the house and no one even notices. No one is to be found either. Liam's car is gone, I wonder where he went. I start down the block and put in my headphones. One Direction comes on but I change it to the next song because I can't bear to hear Liam's voice right now. I get to the coffee shop and get the same drink as yesterday and sit at another little table and look at another magazine. As I'm about to leave I bump into Anthony again. He smiles and says "Nina, right?" I smile and say "yes, hi Anthony." He orders his drink and I wait around to talk to him a little more, I'm not in a rush to go anywhere anyway. He get's his coffee and asks me "would you like to hangout for a little today?" I think to myself but what about Liam. But then after all Anthony and I are just friends right? I smile and say "yeah sure." I get into his car and he's telling me about this little park he used to go to all the time as a kid. He just graduated high school last year and is studying to be an Physical Therapist. We get to the park and sit on the bench watching the birds fly across the little pond. There's some little kids feeding the birds bread. He looks over to me and asks "what brings you all the way here Nina?" I look down and get a little upset because I had my mind off of Liam and finally I have to think of him. I explain how I know a guy who I was visiting but he's been a little busy. I didn't want to tell him my boyfriend was Liam from One Direction! It's about 4:00 P.M. now and we decide to leave. We stop and get some ice cream and he tries to make some moves on me but no I have a boyfriend. At least I can be loyal. Eventually we get in the car and he's on his way to drive me home.

LIAM'S P.O.V

I've been waiting here since 2:00 P.M. for Nina and its 5:00. Where is she? I ask Kaylin but alls Kaylin tells me is after breakfast she went out to get some coffee. I'm worried sick about her. She's not even in her own country, what if someone kidnaps her what if she got lost? Her phone's off I can't get in contact with her and we're fighting and I hate this. I talk to Ruth, Nicola and Kaylin about it and they all try to contact her as well but her phone is still off. It's 5:30 P.M. now and nothing. I find my mom and my mom says I should maybe go in the car and try and look for her. I'm starting to think I should have done that awhile ago. My hearts breaking more. I tried giving her space after the Jackie situation but I didn't want to push her away for good. I grab my keys and start heading out my front door when I see a car pull up. Nina get's out of it and laughs and says "thanks Ant for a great day, I'll text you tomorrow!" She starts walking up to the door and says "OH! Liam you scared me, what are you doing at the door?" I'm beyond pissed off. She's here with me and is coming home with another guy. I follow her in the house and say " WHAT AM I DOING AT THE DOOR? OH I DONT KNOW MAYBE TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHERE YOU'VE BEEN ALL DAY!!" She goes into her room and puts her bag down and says "sorry, got some coffee and met up with a friend I met yesterday." I go into my room quick and she follows me and says "where are you going now?" I pick up the flowers, balloons and bear and said "I got you these because I felt horrible about what happened with everyone and alls I wanted to do was make you happy because thats all I want for you but it doesn't even matter anymore." I throw them at her and walk away she starts following me down the hall towards the front door and says "Liam, wa--a" I cut her off and said " I fucking love you Nina. Are you happy now? Something that isn't my fault happened and I tried to give you your space to calm down because I didn't want to bother you and another guy brings you home? What is that about? I love you and only you and I was going to give you everything today and take you out to dinner but you wouldn't have known that because oh I don't know, you weren't home all day. Now leave me alone." As I was yelling at her I saw her eyes watering up and my heart was breaking more. I saw her crying and I took out all my anger on her. I left the house and went in the car and just drove around. I'm in love with her and it looks like she just doesn't feel the same...
