Nella's POV

It had been 4 months now and Leo wasn't still awake... KC said he would take up the responsibility of writing Leo's tests and assignments and projects in school... Leo's Dad had talked to the school Authority about Leo's condition and since Leo's Dad was in a high position in the society.. they Decided that they would help Leo by increasing every score KC helped him get by 30% ... I couldn't study, I was being more depressed by the day.. my dad was trying to console me in fact everyone was trying console telling me that Leo needed me to be strong for him.. Nichole told my dad what was going on.. and I was surprised he took it in quite well.. maybe it was cuz he didn't want to see me more sad having to know he had found out about our relationship and got angry... That would have added more salt to the injury though.. cuz I was going through hell already... And besides I wasn't a kid anymore at least he was my first.. I felt myself loosing weight... I was in the library trying to force myself to read but I couldn't.. Leo's birthday was this Saturday two days from today and he was still in comma.. I was frustrated... Sometimes I felt like committing suicide but I just forced myself to never give up on my love..
I stood up and went on my way to the hospital to see Leo... Sometimes I wouldn't leave his side till the doctor would have to plead with me to go before I would leave him..

*   "Lee my love it's your birthday today!!" I said trying to hold my tears back..
"Look everyone is here son... Your favorite Aunt Rebecca too is here.. she came all the way from Florida just to see you son" his Dad said holding his and sobbing.. he couldn't control himself anymore..

"Ohh my ever vibrate nephew...I know you'll fight through this and come out stronger" she said caressing his face...

"Hey man you have to wake up.. everyone is here with your birthday cake and lot's of Champaign.. and you got to stand-up and come party... what's the use of a birthday party when there's no celebrant" Sebastian said trying to hold back the tears in his eyes... Everybody was there his family, my Dad and my Aunt who came from Mexico to give her support my Dad told her what happened with me and I was her baby so she came as soon as she could... The girls... the boys.. some friends from school too came with flowers and balloons in love shape and so on... All these made me cry the more...

"Excuse me everyone" I said as I rushed out to the bathroom in hospital and cried.. Leo had to wake up... Just this few months without him was driving me crazy.. I missed him so much,his silly jokes, his numerous questions, his care and love.. memories came flooding their way to my head making me cry more hard... Someone walked in.. I looked up to see Angela..

"Nah.. Nella.. it's okay.. stop crying.. remember it's his birthday today and you have to celebrate it with a happy face" she told me walking up to and hugging me..

"How can I celebrate his birthday happy when he's lying there on that bed without saying anything or moving his body.. just there like that.." I broke down and cried on her shoulder...

"You have to be strong for him Nel... It's gonna be okay.. he'll wake up I promise.. I know he will" she said rubbing my back..
"When will he wake up I need him to wake up now... And what if he wakes up without remembering anything Angela.." I said sobbing..

"Then the most important thing then would be that at least he woke up okay.. forget about if he would remember anything or not.. our focus now and main priority is for him to just wake" she said..
"You're right.." I said pulling away from her and cleaning my eyes and watching my face..

"Let's go baby cheer up okay.."
"Thank you so much Angela.. all of you.. I don't know what I would do without you guys.." I told her as we walked back to the room where Lee and rest were..
