"Its Called Fate" - TodoDeku

-Chapter 3-

A/N: This chapter mostly focuses on Midoriya's POV so there wont be much on Shoto's POV. I hope you understand, now without further ado, lets get started...

-Midoriya's POV-

A few years back, when I passed the entrance exam.. Kacchan.... he was furious. I remember him questioning my power and how I got it.. And then later on.. when we had a battle after All Might had retired.. When he and I became actual rivals. When he and I somewhat had mutual respect for each other. I wonder.. Where did those days go..? Where I was happy, and confident in myself.... I wish those days were back... 

I've always considered Kacchan as my childhood best friend. He was also the one person I looked up too other than All Might. Even though he pushed me me down, I always got back up and followed him.. I saw potential in him.. I saw a light. He was so mean sometimes, and I still hate it. But when the 2nd year at UA began..

That's when Kacchan really changed for the worse... That's how I became what I am now.....

"Midoriya, are you alright, why aren't you eating?" Shoto asked with a concerned look on his face.

"Huh? Oh sorry Todoroki-Kun I was just thinking that's all.." I respond with a slight smile on my face. 

"Oh it's fine, do you want to talk about what's on your mind?" Shoto asked. He now had a curious look on his face. 

"O-oh uhmm.. No thanks i'm okay, thanks for the offer though." I respond with a smile on my face, I then use my chopsticks to eat some of my ramen. Shoto nodded and ate his cold soba. I feel bad for lying to him but I don't want to tell him about Kacchan...

-Shoto's POV-

I eat my cold soba, I was still with Midoriya and I have been for a few hours now. It's been relaxing to be completely honest. We studied, made some food and chatted. But, I can tell something is on Midoriya's mind. I'm curious, but I don't want to invade in his personal life.. I'm a little worried about Midoriya especially because of what happened... Who would do something that bad to Midoriya?? I'm going to figure that out at some point.. Whether Midoriya likes it or not..

-Midoriya's POV-

  I continue to eat my ramen and chat with Todoroki-Kun, he and I were honestly having a good time. I wanted to tell him about Kacchan but, I don't want them to fight, I don't want me or Kacchan to get in trouble. Anything could happen if I told Todoroki-Kun... Its honestly pretty scary to think about. But anyways, soon enough, Todoroki had to go. 

"Thanks for hanging out with me Todoroki, I had fun even though i'm injured." I said with a nervous smile on my face. Todoroki looked back at me before he closed the door.

"Your welcome Midoriya, I'm glad you enjoyed our time together. I enjoyed it too, I really relieved my stress." Shoto said with a smile on his face. Today was the day Todoroki smiled the most, he never smiled that much but.. this smile, made me have butterflies inside..

"Are you alright Midoriya, your face is a little red..?" Shoto asked with a curious look on his face.

"O-oh yeah, I'm fine Todoroki, I was just thinking that's all." I quickly respond with a smile on my face.

"Okay then, I'll come check up on you in the morning since you will still have to rest for awhile tomorrow, meaning you'll miss most of the school day.. Recovery girl told me so that's how I know this." Shoto responded. "Bye Midoriya." Shoto said while closing the door. -He didn't give me time to respond, all well, It's fine.- I thought. I the yawned a bit, -I should probably get some rest..- I thought. I carefully got up and changed, I then laid down and got under my blanket. I turn of my lamp that was beside my bed and then close my eyes.

"Young Midoriya.." Toshinori said in the black abyss. His voice echoed in Midoriya's ears, making Midoriya shiver a little.

"A-All Might?" Midoriya managed to stutter.

"Yes, it's me Midoriya.. look I don't have much time to be here so listen carefully." Toshinori responded. 

Midoriya nodded and looked up at Toshinori.

"Young Todoroki, is......."
