Lenard POV
"We are gathered here today to pay our respects to the late Timothy Hughes, who was taken from us too soon by an act of madness, by an act of terror." The priest said, my face engulfed in tears. He was the most important person in my life, now he's gone, what the hell am I supposed to do now!
-time skip of 2 hours-
I start heading home with Mark, as I see the person who took him from us. "You!" Penelope sees me and starts to run up the street, I chase after her, she then turned a corner and jumps over a fence, I do the same, I didn't know I could do that, not the time lenard! She runs into a alleyway, she's blocked in now, she can't climb a wall right? She looks back at me terrified. "Look I'm not sorry for what I did, but I was paid to do it!"
"By who?!" I am beyond the point of trying to be nice, she killed my boyfriend and my best friend!
"S-someone called umm Lepo Hughes and Naura Hughes, that's all I know I swear!"
Police cars come up behind me, sirens blaring, they put her in handcuffs and take her away, Mark finally caught up with me, I kind forgot he was with me for a minute then.
"Are you okay?" He panted
"I'm fine but I have a question. Who are Lepo and Naura Hughes?"
"They're Tim's parent's why?"
"Penelope said she was hired by them to kill him!" I shout with tears once again streaming down my face.
