The group eventually split up like the two previous days into two groups, all feeling down-hearted by the fact they couldn't spend more time together. Suna, the ash-haired twin and Y/n both walked in the direction of raven-haired boy's and the h/c-haired girl's houses, and the blonde-haired twin and Meiko in the direction of the girl's house. The walk was rather silent on the trio's side ; completely opposite of the duo's who were talking non-stop."Y/n, so why can't y'a do Physical Education?" The shorter boy suddenly asked, glancing at the girl in the middle.
Y/n suddenly stopped in her tracks, a soft smile painting on her peach-pink lips. The slouching boy's eyes suddenly widened ; of course he knew why she couldn't run nor do any heavy physical activities. There was a distance of two meters in between the boys and the girl left behind, head slightly tilted and a wide smile planted on her lips that got larger and larger.
"Because my heart's weak! That's all. Maybe a bit too early to tell you, but I'm kind of fragile you see. Nothing to worry about, I'm fine! I just have to be a tiny bit more careful." Of course she lied straight into his face, why would she tell him the truth immediately and start putting limitations to her life? Her face made it believable enough ; though Osamu still thought something wasn't right. She didn't want her life to revolve only about being sick and all ; she wanted to live a normal, and simple life, the life of a sixteen-year-old teenager.
"Oh I see. Please be more careful, Y/n ; don't want y'a getting hurt." He shyly said, turning his face away from the girl as he slightly regretted being too curious.
"Oh come on don't be shy! I'm alright, I pinky-promise." She approached the two males, hopping like a bunny as her hands stayed behind her back. And due to them not seeing her hands, she crossed the index and the major ; meaning that she was lying. She always did this when she was lying, it became a habit of hers to do this. Suna obviously knew she was lying ; but kept quiet about it since he knew that the girl didn't want to worry anyone else. Osamu simply smiled, slightly reassured.
The trio continued their way, eventually dropping Suna off at his house in the middle of their conversation about volleyball which the girl started to pick up on slowly. Y/n's answer still stuck in Osamu's head ; it was just too fishy. But she promised him, she wouldn't lie to him ; of course she wouldn't, they're friends. After they parted ways with Suna, suddenly their loud conversation took a stop, and became insanely quiet. The two walked side by side, the only lights shining on them being the ones from the dim street-lamps on both sides of the road they walked through. The only sound came from their school leather shoes hitting against the concrete, and the crickets and fireflies making buzzing sounds around them. The taller boy had his hands tucked in his pant's pockets, and the girl's were hidden by the sleeves of her sweatshirt. Y/n's nose was crimson-red from the wintry breeze brushing against her face ; she wondered how Osamu was okay without a jacket with just his school jumper.
"You know you don't have to walk me home, right?" The girl asked, directing her gaze to the boy walking on her left.
"I promised yer' mom to walk y'a home ; wouldn't want y'a getting kidnapped or getting touched or y'a know what by creeps." He sternly said, his eyes still looking in front as he attempted to avoid eye contact with the girl.
"She's too protective ; I'm fine, really. I can defend myself!" She exclaimed, forming her small gentle hands into fists.
"What if they're three on y'a? Y'a can't defend yourself against them." He continued avoiding all eye contact.
