Riley's POV
Asher stiffened as he held me in his arms like his life depended on it.
"Babe rouges are attacking we need to keep you safe." Asher said as he yanked me up.
He carried me bridal style through the woods to the pack house to where the woman and children are.
"I have to go fight babe." Asher said and pulled me in a kiss. It was a kiss with so many emotions in it that we would never see each other again.
I followed Diana to where we had to go it was a cellar.
"There's two guards outside Ri don't worry." Diana said trying to calm me down.
We all sat their in pure silence. I can't let Asher die not now. He changed me to a girl who wanted to die to a girl who wants another chance to at life.
I've suffered with punches, cuts, and broken bones and kept going. Asher is the reason I'm still here. He's my world, he keeps me sane, he makes me feel whole.

The doors were still shut with all of us trapped. It's been three fucking hours. How long does it take to kill some rogues?
As if someone was reading my prayers the guards opened the door letting us go back to the meeting room.
We all bolted waiting to see are mates or dads. I kinda wish my parents were alive instead of me. They were happy but then Kyle would be alone. Then again he is alone right now.
"Riley!" Asher yelled as he engulfed me in a bone crushing hug.
"Asher!" I said biting my face in his chest.
We stayed that way for a while then we fell asleep in each other's arms savoring the moment.
*Next Day*
I felt somebody move next to me as I woke up. Oh god what if a monster ate Asher and is now-
"Morning Riley." Asher mumbled in his morning voice.
"Morning Asher." I groaned rolling over and hiding in the warm covers.
"I have duties to do I have to get up." Asher sighed with sadness.
"Aw boo." I pouted. Asher bit his lip seductively. God he needs to stop my hormones are going crazy.
He got up and walked into the shower as I still laid in bed and fell back to bed in Asher's arms.
