Joseph woke up to a splash of water in the face. He rose his body from the ground and noticed three men, surrounding him.

Joseph: "Oh! Hi.. Where am I?"

"You good, kid? We found you nearby the river. It seemed like you almost drowned but good thing one of our guys found you."

Joseph: "Really? Thank you very much."

Joseph stood up and looked around. One of the men came closer to him.

"Where are you off to?"

Joseph: "I am.. not sure yet. Is there a nearby town I can go to?"

"Yeah. We were on our way to Helesy before we found you."

Joseph: "Do you mind if I tag along?"

"Sure."

Joseph followed the three men, walking away from the river. He put his hand into his pocket and pulled out the feather Jada gave him.

Joseph: "I don't remember anything that happened last night after I got this feather.."

One of the men looked back and tapped his friend's shoulder.

"Oi. That kid.. he has a feather."

"And?"

"A really BIG feather."

The man turned around and smirked.

"An Angel perhaps.."

"There's no doubt about it. Do you realize how much gold we'll be rewarded if we turn this kid in?! We would be swimming in our riches!"

Joseph: "Riches?"

The three men turned around and smiled to Joseph.

"We found a way to get really rich, if we made our way to the town of Helesy. If you cooperate with us, we can work together and receive the money together."

Joseph: "I could use some gold to get my friend out of prison.. Sure! What's the plan?"

The Wandering Ronin walked into a general store and went up to the counter as multiple villagers ran out of the store. The general manager shivered in fear as the Wandering Ronin held onto the counter.

"W-What can I do for you..?"

"Is there.. a restroom nearby.."

"Y-Yeah. Over in the back.."

The Wandering Ronin walked out to the back and shut the door to the restroom, looking into the mirror. He removed a plate of armor from his torso and a wound began to bleed again. He groaned and placed the plate back on.

"Three more days.. And I'll be back at the camp.."
