"You shall love the Lord your God whit all your heart, whit all your soul, and whit all your mind.' This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: 'you shall love your neighbor as yourself.'

Kelvin moved into the doorway and saw them sitting close together. His mom and the dark skin maid, she had her hands folded in her lap. His mom sitting on the sofa, her gaze intense upon her face.

Kelvin leaned indolently against the frame, trying to keep cool head against the got rust of anger. "And if your neighbor is your enemy?" He said indolently.

His mother glare glare up in surprise. Obviously, he did not welcome the intrusion. Kelvin didn't care and returned his attension back to Jenny, she was sitting eyes downcast, awaiting her master's dismissal.

"You may go, Jenny," Hanna said And stood.

Kelvin didn't move from the doorway, And she couldn't pass. He studied from the top of her dark hair down to her small sandaled feet. He waited for her to raise her eyes and look at him, but she didn't

"Come and sit down Kelvin" Hanna said.

And Jenny moved by him. He heard the soft treat of her footsteps down the hall.
