No answer came from his mouth, Jonathan Joestar was ready to lose consciousness, but then... A portal came out of nowhere. Dio was surprised, but only Jonathan was sucked in, leaving him to burn and die in the ship.
Jonathan fell in the ocean after being sucked by the portal. He got washed up in a beach, nearly breathing, he saw glimpses of some kind of city, but very different from his. Mountain Lady was nearby looking around in the city, she saw him in the beach nearly dead. She rushed him in the hospital. Jonathan woke up after 3 hours, he looked around him, what was this place he asked himself.
He saw things moving in some kind of metal objects, it looked like letters. He looked out of the window, kids playing with a ball and others looking at some metal boxes.
He was so confused, he was fighting for his life a few minutes ago and suddenly he is from the centre of the ocean to a hospital. He tried to move but he soon realised he was badly hurt in the neck and his back. He was covered in bandages, in a similar position he was before when he reunited with Erina.

It was quite, a sound of bip could be heard in the room, he soon realised that it was his heart, making sounds from some kind of machine.
An old lady entered the room, looking at Jonathan with a smile in her face trying to make him feel comfortable.

She broke the silence and said:
- Thank God you are awake my son. We thought we lost you for a minute, but don't worry, I will fix you right up!
She came closer ready to give him a kiss in the cheek, Jonathan then said:
- Hey ma'am, excuse me but don't worry about me, I can fix myself right up, see?
He said as his arm got a flower pod up, his arm was healed all the way. The lady seemed surprised :
- Oh sorry! I didn't know you had a quirk!
Jonathan looked confused, he asked:
- Sorry, what is a "quirk"? - You don't know your power? Now that is surprising, a quirk is a power that was given to you in birth. - Power? I was born with Hamon. - Is that your quirk name? - No, it is actually a technique that is manifested by your breathing. - A technique?
