——— Fast Forward ———

Mark and I just had dinner and may I just say it was AMAZING. Since he was staying over this weekend I planned out everything. I want to tell him how I feel but I'm afraid our friendship will be ruined.

"Dude lets play just dance" - he said excitedly.
"Ight bet but I'm gonna beat your ass at it" - I said in as much confidence as I could.
"Yea okay y/n I don't know about that" - he said in disbelief.

I stuck my tongue out at him and started the game. He better not beat me at this. I don't care if he's a guest in my house I'm not letting him win. Shit, I might even cheat to win but we all know cheaters aren't always winners.

"HA!! I BEAT YOU" - he yelled.
"Shut the fuck up you cheated" - I said looking at him with a pouty face.
"Awwww poor baby. You want me to call the wambulance?".

I swear I hate him so much but I also love him so much. Someone save me from him, please. I just got an idea. I'm gonna act mad and hopefully, that will lead into a kiss or something. This better work or I'm suing my useless brain.

"Oh go away. I don't even know why I agreed to play this with you".
"Hey y/n come on don't get mad. It's only a game." - he said in a sweet voice.
"Yea whatever. I'm fine let's just get ready for bed. N-not that we're gonna be in the same bed ya know?? I mean unless you want to I'm completely fine with that but if you don't-"

As I was stuttering and blabbing I was very rudely yet pleasantly interrupted by Mark. Oh but not with his words...his lips. When I tell you I took a highway to heaven as his lips touched mine!! It was only a quick peck but it was beautiful. If I'm gonna be honest...I've never had my first kiss yet...I'm glad it was him and not some asshole.

"Look y/n...I really like you. Like really really like you. I was having a hard time trying to find the right way to tell you. That's why I wanted to hang out this weekend." - he explained.
"That's funny cause I really really like you too. I was also thinking of ways to tell you but I didn't want to ruin what we had." - I said in a shy tone.
"You wanna try that kiss again? I heard it's usually better the second time *smirk*" - he asked.
"Mark...we can try that kiss again and again again again as many times as you want...except...I don't really know how to kiss.".
"Don't worry babe. I'll teach you."

He took his hand and brought my chin up so that I had no choice BUT to look him in the eye. Then he put his hand on my jaw bone and started to bring his face closer to mine. I closed my eyes hoping I didn't push my expectations too high. Gladly they weren't too high and when our lips met again I wasn't disappointed. He kissed so passionately as if he was waiting way too long to do this. If I'm being honest, I feel like I was waiting too long for this as well. Unfortunately, our lips parted yet again and when we pulled away we both smiled.

"That was..."
"Yea that was uh..."
"I enjoyed it" - we said in unison
"So um...you wanna watch a kdrama?" - I asked
"Sure. Anything you want." - he said
"Let's watch What's Wrong With Secretary Kim. It seems interesting." - I suggested

We got some snacks plus a big ass blanket and sat on the couch. It felt nice being next to him. I mean yeah I'm next to him a lot but this time...this time it felt different.

"Umm...y/n?"
"Yeah?"
"Do you wanna...be my girlfriend?"
