I'll think of a plot later

Kurt was hugging his duffel bag, looking over Axl on the motorcycle, bit his lip. "We're...we're going on that?"

Axl grinned, a second helmet in his lap, the visor of his own flipped up to show his pale face, smirking mischievously. "She's never failed me yet. Now get your scrawny ass down here, princess."

Kurt glared slightly, but walked over, biting his lip. Axl had gotten up, ready to tie the duffel bag down to the back with his own. Once it was done, he tossed the second helmet to Kurt, who nervously slipped it on.

"Ya look like you've never been on a bike before!" Axl said, laughing as he got back on, reaving the engine.

Kurt looked down, pulling the helmet over his head. "F-funny you should say that..."

Axl blinked, realization dawning on him. "C'mere, lemme check your helmet."

Kurt stepped toward him, playing with his fingers.

Axl smiled slightly, reaching up to fasten the strap, slipping two fingers under the strap, feeling the younger man's stubble against them and tugging slightly. "Make sure you can fit two fingers under. Like a bike helmet." He said, looking over Kurt again. He could've sworn he'd seen a blush. "Now, climb on the back, and hold on to me, tight as you can manage."

Kurt gave a slight nod, awkwardly climbing on the back of the motorcycle, arms wrapping loosely around Axl's middle, his helmet bumping awkwardly against the back of Axl's.

"Put your chin on my shoulder." Axl said, voice surprisingly gentle. "It'll be more comfy, and you can get a better hold."

Kurt shifted slightly, chin on Axl's shoulder, arms wrapped tightly around the older man's middle. "And-and this is totally safe, right?" He asked nervously.

Axl glanced at him from the corner of his eye. "Of course it is. I'm driving." He said, before reaving up the engine again and taking off, smirking when he felt Kurt tighten his hold. "Ain't gonna let you fall off, princess!" He yelled over the wind, grinning as they speed far away.

"I'd hope not!" Kurt asked, hair quickly turning gold in the setting sun.

Axl just laughed, green eyes glinting and long ginger locks turning to fluttering tongues of fire.
