Day 5.5: Behind the Scenes

A/N: this is was originally the longest chapter i've ever written but I split it into two; this is after Day 5 of the tiktok challenge but still before Day 6 so enjoy :)

"WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH HIM?!" The golden eyed girl was torn apart. Despite this situation being between her girl best friend (Y/n) and her other boy best friend Bakugo, she was enraged. "How could he say that stuff to you?"

(Y/n) had her face stained with dried tears and puffy red eyes. "Mina-, I'm, I'm not trying to defend him but I guess I said some stuff too."

Mina sat down on (Y/n)'s bed, caressing her friend's back, "What exactly did you tell him?"

"I told him that all he's good for is getting angry and that, that he basically sucks at communicating." The girl stuffed her mouth with ice cream, trying to drown out her sadness.

"Well the first part was harsh, yet the second, kinda true." Mina took a pause trying to figure out the right words. "But nonetheless I think you should talk it out. I mean, Bakugo can be intense sure, but he doesn't just act like that with anyone. Especially to someone he cares about."

"He cares about me?"

"(Y/n) (L/n)."

"Yes?"

Mina rolled her eyes and gave a soft laugh, "Of course he freakin cares about you. Why wouldn't he?"

"I mean maybe I'm not really that important to him." (Y/n) shrugged her shoulders. "He doesn't seem like the type to care so much about people."

"Key word: seems. Just listen to him, trust him, and make him listen to you too. He's stubborn but so are you. I'm sure you guys can work out." She shook her head and placed a hand on (Y/n)'s shoulder, "Plus, who else would he be talking to if he's doing that tiktok challenge with you."

"Kiri-"

"None-sense, talk it out with him." Mina was convinced this had been a huge misunderstanding and all they needed was to have a heart to heart. "I'll ask Eijiro if you want me to."

(Y/n) shook her head and put her arms up in defense, "No, its fine. I don't wanna involve him too. I'll talk to Bakugo tomorrow."

"It's getting late, I should go. You keeping the bucket of ice cream?" Mina asked.

(Y/n) nodded.

"Aii, alright." Mina wrapped her arms around her best friend, almost immediately (Y/n) did the same. "Text me if you need anything. I'll be in my dorm doing homework."

"You haven't done your homework?"

"Nah, after we went shopping I kinda got distracted with watching Tiktoks." The pink skin toned girl laughed to her self.
