23. Your parent's

I wake up to see Zak laying on me then I look around and see I'm at Zak's and I get a bit startled then remember that I moved in. I shake Zak "Wake upppp" I say as he slowly opens his eyes and rolls on me and off the bed and I laugh "Well that's a great way to start the day" Zak says as he stands up "I'll order us something to eat you stay here" he says going off as I look scroll through various social media until he yells that the food arrives.

"Oh yeah and I booked us Business class tickets to France so we could visit your parents" Zak says as I pause and he looks at me confused "Are you ok? He asks me as I year up and breathe "It's just... My family and I aren't on the best terms right now" I saw breathing before continuing "My mum and I haven't talked since we had a big fight and my dad hasn't contacted me plus I don't even know who my biological parents are and-" I say as I explode into tears as Zak hugged me "I'm sorry we don't have to go if you don't want to" he says "No we should, you deserve to know who raised me and they deserve to know who I'm dating" I say wiping away my tears as we sit down and eat.

"So when are we going there" I say as I clean up "Tommorow" Zak says as I stress but keep calm... well at least on the outside "I'll go pack my clothes then" I say as I go into our room throwing random stuff into a bag "It's for 2 days only so you don't need much" Zak says as he looks at me packing 2 weeks worth of clothing as I laugh and start unpacking.

Time skip to Tommorow
"Y/n" I hear Zak say shaking me as I open my eyes "Mmmm" I say "We gotta go to the airport" he says as I get up and get dressed and I see Zak waiting at the door so I grab my luggage and we uber to the airport. We ended up being late but fortunately we still made it just before the final call.

Time skip to when the plane lands
I see the floor as I realise I'm in France and I had to see my parents who both were mad at me but I couldn't let Zak know that so I acted like nothing was wrong as we got off the plane and we went to a nearby car hire place since I had a licence I could drive "Let's go to the hotel then to your parents yeah?" Zak says as I nod my head in agreement. We arrive at the hotel, put our luggage on the bed then leave to head to my parents.

We arrive at the door and I knock and my mother sees me and goes "Ma petite fille" (My little girl) and hugs me "Tu n'es pas en colère contre moi?" (Aren't you mad at me?) I ask as she shakes her head no (Imma write in English to make it easier) "Who's this?" My mother asks as I respond "This is my boyfriend Zak. You'll have to speak English" I say "Hi Zak it's nice to meet you" my mother says with her broken English.

She invites us in and I see my dad who glances at me then Zak "Hey sweetie" my dad says as I smile and he says "Who's that?" He says "Zak, he's my boyfriend" I say as my dad gives Zak a death glare and says "What are you planning to do with my daughter" my dad says "Oh dad he doesn't speak French" I say as he repeats himself in English. Unlike my mother, my dad was born in a English speaking country. "I plan to treat her right and marry her" he says as my dad nods at Zak's basic yet good answer.

After a hour or two me and Zak head back to the hotel "You know Tommorow you could show me around" Zak says as my eyes glow up "Well now we got a plan!" I say happily as I fall asleep
