Christina POV
During lunch I didn't see Lauren but Daniel came down without her. I turn to my mate Corbyn. I whispered to Corbyn. "Where's Lauren?" He looked at me. "I'll tell you after lunch." I nodded my head.
~~~skip lunch~~~~
Me and Corbyn go upstairs toward the horrible room I've been in there before when I was here for the first time I broke some rules. Corbyn unlocks it and as we walked in Corbyn even gasped. There was blood on the floor and Lauren had thousands of bruises on her body. I walk over to he and see on her back she had the words "property of Daniel". I started crying I could see tear stains on her cheeks. I saw her stir in her sleep. I saw her try to move but then I heard her start whimpering out in pain. When she saw Corbyn tears fell down her face. "D did I do something wrong?" Her voice was broken. Corbyn's voice said. "No your fine I promise." She nodded her head softly. I then said to Lauren. "I'm so sorry for what Daniel did to you." "It's okay." She softly said. I then heard Corbyn say to me. "We should leave just in case if Daniel comes." I nodded my head. "Bye Lauren." I grabbed her hand softly and smiled then I got up and left with Corbyn. When I looked at Corbyn eyes I could tell he felt bad for Lauren and he was crying a little. "It's okay Corbyn." I kiss him softly. He then brought me into a hug.
POV~Lauren
When The girl and boy left I laid there thinking about my mom. I couldn't move from where I was. I heard the door open quietly. I tried to look who it was but it just hurt even more. The person grabbed me softly but in the process touched a lot of bruises. I let out a soft whimper. "Sorry baby." Then I realized it was Daniel. I wish I had the energy to get out of his grip. He started walking out of the room and brought me to our bedroom. He set me down on the bed. He left for the bathroom and came back and said to me. "Give me the sweatshirt." When I tried to when I even tried to move my arm a shooting pain when through every bone in my body. "I can't I'm sorry." His eyes went soft when he saw how badly he hurt me. He walked over to me and did it trying to be as nice as he could be. He then rolled me on my front. He left quickly then returned. He went to go grab some first aid things to patch up my back. It hurt like hell when he saw my expression I could see a tear fall down his face. When he was done he laid down next to me and snuggled me. It hurt at first now I'm okay with it I'm so cold.
2 hours later
Daniel got up trying not awake me. He whispered In my ear. "Go back to sleep I'll bring dinner later okay." He kissed me on the four head. "O okay th thank you." He looked at me sympathetically. He left he smiled at me and I did a weak one back. I closed my eyes and slept.
3 hours later
I looked at the clock next to me it read. *6:21* in its bright white letters. I look over on Daniel side and see the tv remote. I move over to grab it and it hurt but I did it because I wasn't tired anymore. I turn on the tv and click Netflix and watch the umbrella academy. About 10 minutes later Daniel comes in with a plate of food. "Hello sweetheart how long have you been up?" He kissed my four head and set the plate on the bed side table. "Um since 6:20." He nodded and sat next to me. I started eating it was mash potatoes and gravy and chicken tenders. Daniel was watching the show. When I finished I said to him. "Thank you Daniel." He looked at me and kissed me on the lips. Of course I kissed back but I didn't like it. But I love him as a friend but he makes me feel warm inside. But he hurt me. He laid down next to me and we snuggled. I soon fell asleep.
