Jennie and Chaeyoung were craving some 7-11 food. They were talking and laughing about this new k-drama that was airing on JTBC. Jennie said 'this' guy was so cool and handsome but Chaeyoung says 'that' guy was smart and swag.
Girls, I shook my head, always talking about boys when they're right in front of them. I swing my bag from my hand and walked past against them.
"But I'm the most handsome," I said and winked at both of them.
They both stopped and looked at each other. Then they gave me their usual scoff and "pity but disgusted" laugh.
I "tch-ed", girls don't have some sense when it comes to boys.
"Keep trying Jeon, you'll get no wife at this point," Jennie says as I walk into 7-11.
Even when I paid my food, heated it in the microwave, sticked the straw to the box, Jennie and Chaeyoung were taking so long. I finish my food, but they're not even paying for theirs yet.
I stick out my neck and see them talking at the noodles aisle. I hear Jennie saying something about a kind of noodles, but Chaeyoung disagrees and says it's bad for their diet. Then they ended up deciding to get some food that isn't from the cup.
All of a sudden, I hear Jennie calling Chaeyoung to come over. I looked to their direction and they were talking over some ice cream.
The sun was about to set and I didn't really like to eat some convenience store dinner. It's part of my swimming training, I should healthy meals from home. Home food is actually good for dieting so my coach always encourages us to eat at home or eat home-made meals.
I'm not really fond of convenience stores, so actually, I just got a pork bun and banana milk. I decided that it's going to be cheat day today.
The girls really wanted me to go 7-11 so I skipped swimming training and ate convenience store meal.
Finally, after how my years later, the girls sat on the seats that I've been reserving. They still were talking about diets and exercise and how they should try to work for abs, blah blah blah.
I speak for the truth, Jennie and Chaeyoung are actually thin already! They're the only girls I know who thinks of food a lot and barely gets fat when they eat one whole chicken. I can't even consume a whole chicken.
They then talk about doing some aerobic exercise because Jennie's mom has a trainer that teaches it, Chaeyoung recommends some pilates because there's a pilates school that's just a 5 minute walk from our school. I wanted to recommend swimming, but I knew they'd say they'll get more muscles, look more broad, their face has to be underwater.
What's with all the girl stuff, anyway? Swimming is the best core exercise, according to my coach.
All of a sudden, they were searching in the internet for good exercises. I remembered my mom goes to this yoga class everyday, now that she isn't working she has a lot of free time to focus on her physical health.
My mom says it's a really good exercise to calm your nerves and release all the negative energy. It makes you flexible and it helps you stretch your muscles.
I tried it once, and it was just lame and boring for me.
"How about yoga?" I blurted, grabbing my phone from my bag.
When I lift my head up to see them, "I mean, you just buy a yoga mat and watch some videos at home then follow the person in the video. No need to pay for classes if you do yoga."
