I made sure my newly highlighted bangs were perfect before getting out of my brother's car.
"Kid, you look fine," he said, putting a layer of peach flavored EOS lip balm on.
"Be careful," I scoffed, "your gay is showing." I opened up the passenger side door to get out.
"Look who's talking," he rebutted.
"Meh," I whined.
"Meh!" He mimicked me.
"OMG! You guys! Sky, get the hell out if the car! Kyle, be the bigger one for once!" Abby yelled from the back seat, finally getting out with me.
"Shuddap! You're not my mom!" Kyle whined.
"Whatever..." Abby sassed, flipping her red hair over her shoulders.
"Love you bro, no incest," I yelled over to his car as he waved Abby and I off. Abby and I walked up the the school.
"Cute... hot... okay... ew... and perfect!" She yelled. It was our thing to do this every school we go to. Judge the first five guys we see. Not very nice, I know, but it's fun.
"Cute... Okay... ew...ew... and..." I rattled off the first four, trying to find a fifth guy. Abby helped me search.
"Watch out!" Some idiot yelled. Next thing I know, I'm on the ground.
"Perfect..." I said looking up at the super sexy brunette who fell on me.
"W-was that sarcasm?" He asked.
"Yes..." I said smiling like an idiot. How cliché is life right now?
"Now, if you don't mind, will you please get off my boyfriend," Abby asked from next to me.
"S-sorry..." he stuttered, slowly getting off of me.
"Boyfriend, huh?" I whispered towards her.
"I was jealous! Hot guys don't fall out of the sky on a daily basis!" She whisper yelled.
"W-what's your name by the way?" The brunette asked.
"I'm Sky, and this is Abigail," I introduced.
"I will fucking stab a bitch of you call me that," she glared.
"Oh...W-well I'm Kris. Nice to meet you," he said.
"Thanks," Abby and I said in unison.
"By the way," I started, "We're not dating." I said, pointing to Abby then me.
"Kris~" We heard a girl's voice say.
"I gotta go," he said, leaving us behind.
"Dammit... why do all the hot ones have to be taken or gay?" She asked.
"So I get some lovin'," I pouted.
"Yeah, well I'm just gonna go lesbian... again," she said.
"Just face the facts, Ab. You're met to join us on the gay side," I said, smiling like an idiot, taking her hand in mine. Abby was straight, though she had these phases when she liked girls. It's interesting, but it's a thing.
Ding ding ding~
The bell went off, and a bunch of kids start walking in. Abby and I follow them, going into our designated classroom. Abby and I always got put together. Though half of the time, it was because my parents pulled some strings. Abby never left my side after the... accident.
"Okay, so it's 2015, so we have a few new student in this class," the short, silver haired lady at the front of the class said, "First, there's Skylar Van Len. Please stand up."
I stood up and heard whispers such as:
The Skylar Van Len?!
"Next we have Abigail Van Len. Please stand up."
She did so, and said the words she said twice already this year:
"Hi! Nice to meet you! If you call Abigail I'll rip your head off, and keep it on a shelf with my voodoo dolls... Yes I still play with dolls," With a straight face, might I add.
Whispers around the room spread yet again:
Man, I knew that girl went through traumatic events, but she scares me.
She's smoking, yet her personality is harsh.
OMG! I loved her in Kiss Before Dawn!
(Oh! I forgot to mention! Since we are a show biz family, everybody who lives in the house has been in at least one movie. My father, Bobbie, my other father, George, my oldest sister, Lucy, my oldest brother, Kyle (the douche who brought me to school), my oldest cousin, Kate, my youngest cousin, Abby (yes, Abby is my dad's brother's daughter), me, Sky, and my youngest brother, Zach all live under one roof... it's hectic, I know.)
"Next is-" the teacher starts the list again, just before a boy runs into the room.
"S-sorry I'm late, Mrs.... Mrs. Gregory," he pants, taking a seat.
"What a great way to start a year, Mr. Fredrick, is it?" She asked the pink haired boy who just sat down.
"Yes ma'am, Fredrick Diggory," he said, with a cocky immature smirk.
The Harry Potter fangirls in the room giggled.
"No, Fredrick Musiman. I says right here, Fredrick Musiman," the confused old woman stated.
"Yeah, sorry ma'am, just wanted to be an attention grabber. As if being late wasn't enough," he giggled awkwardly.
"And having pink hair, fag!" Some jock said.
I felt Abby's hand on my arm trying to restrain me, but God knows I hate that word. I got up with so much force, my chair fell over. I felt everyone's eyes on me. I stomped over to the jock and stared him dead in the eye.
"Let me remind you," I spat, "I am a so called fag, along with my brother, Kyle, both my fathers, and my sister, Lucy. Who would be, technically speaking, a dyke in jock talk. So how about I sit down, and hope I don't hear another discriminatory word come out of your mouth, or my foot will go where the sun don't shine," I gave him my evil glare of death.
"S-sure, dude..." He agreed.
"Great," I smiled, and skipped back to my seat.
"Shit... that was better grilling than the last five times this year," Abby said.
"Thanks," I thanked her, feeling every eye in the room on us in the silence.
Abby twitched nervously, while I just sat there, perfect posture, perfect hair, perfect everything, as I waited for the teacher to begin class.

Yearbook 2K15
ChickLitSky was an average teenaged boy... Except for the part he comes from a show biz family. It's not all that bad, really. His parents don't pressure him to do anything he doesn't want to do in the industry. The only problem is, he has to change schools...
