After looking around for a while, I layed back down on my belly and rested for a bit because I was pretty tired from all the swimming and paddling. I layed there for about 2 minutes, then I got up and paddled off farther too now see a big piece of rock sticking up from the water. I swam over to it and climbed off my surfboard to take a look around the little spot. I had to be careful, because all around it was coral that would sting and hurt worse than a jelly fish or Sting Ray. I got up there but my foot hit some of the coral and I let out a loud screech from the pain that shot threw my left foot, "OWWW, STUPID CORAL." I sat down on the big rock and looked at my foot... It was bright red and hurt bad, that's when I noticed how far out I was to the shore, I panicked and worried about what was in the water, and it was getting dark really fast, so there is two good reasons to why I am getting on my surfboard and being a chicken and hurring to shore. As I was paddling back to shore I looked over to see a big, white and gray figure coming at me in the water. By the time I looked back it was about 6 feet from me and then an idea popped in my head to what that object was. IT WAS A SHARK!!! I started to paddle faster but, it was to late... I was under the water screaming bloody murder. There was blood all around me and the more I moved, the worse the blood spread. I came up out of the water and headed towards the rock as fast as possible. I got half way there when I felt another sharp pain shoot threw me... It had me again and didn't want to give me up just yet. I screamed again, hoping that someone would hear me and send help, I kicked and squealed out of pain, I looked the shark in the eye and punched as hard as possible at his eye. It released me and swam away but, not for long. I looked back but, continued to paddle faster and faster each time I looked, because that monster of an animal kept getting closer. I finally reached the rock and climbed on, just before the shark could get my foot and pull me back into the water.Thank you for reading at least this much, I will continue this. Comment how you liked it and if I need to make changes.
