i think i've put this somewhere but i have the attention span of an actual goldfish, maybe it is because of my tiktok addiction but i do. i like watching anime by using the fast forward button bc its just easier for me.. this allows me to watch anime pretty easily i guess. anime has been my source of comfort bc it gives me something to look forward to, like oh there's another episode! or sometimes a manga, or sometimes a whole set of songs that are attached to the set anime. either way, i've been like aimlessly going through videos on youtube but nothing just piques my interest, so i watch anime. i think i'm blabbering now so without further ado here are the series i've watched in the past two days or so.
spoilers ahead !

16 episodes total, 12 episodes and 4 extras
rate: 4/10
first of all, i didn't finish it.
i really couldn't
and i had high hopes for it too
i instead, read reviews because in the first couple episodes i began to hate the characters and the plot. the series itself is old i think (1997) and has a manga and ends around ch 113 or so. and from what i've read, the leads do end up together but its hinted in like a cliffhanger type of thing? the characters were absolutely atrocious but the art and style itself really helped for the aesthetic of the series. doga kobo does it again (aka the studio responsible for gekkan shoujo nozaki-kun, plastic memories, himouto! umaru-chan) but at the end it couldn't save the series for me.
first of all male lead is a really bad character, he acknowledges it yeah but its just idk. haru, the manic pixie cut and might i add 18 year old was the best character in the whole series but always got the short end of the stick. maybe if i could sit myself through the whole series i'd have something else to say but idk.. anyways natsuki hanae voices one of the characters but i also hate his character so </3
