hyunjin looked up from his phone, bag half slung over his shoulder as he shut it off and started towards the figure waving at him at the doorway of the dance room.
"you're not staying until like 10." it sounded more like a question than a statement, so he just hummed in response and slipped his phone into his bag. "i was tired."
looking somewhat satisfied with that answer, chan began walking down the hall and towards the exit. "who were you texting?" he casually said, curiously glancing at the younger.
"i wasn't texting-" hyunjin sputtered.
"i saw you typing." he deadpanned back. knowing that it was no use, hyunjin just decided to wave it off. "just someone."
the other raised his eyebrow, opening the studio door and shivering at the gust of wind. "then why was your smile so big?" he laughed, some of the sound being swept away into the autumn breeze.
"just reasons." hyunjin responded, not sure if the words were even heard by chan as they both got into his car. with a ghost of a smile on his lips, he whispered. "just someone."
