I'm a huge fan of UsxUk so I decided to write this one. I wamt to apologize in advance because I just realized that the lyrics are all arranged incorrectly and that I am a huge idiot for not checking the lyrics before writing this one. I badly want to rewrite it but the plot will be...ruined? And I'm lazy so sorry. Peace yo!

Pit pat pit pat

The clouds spit  generous amount of rain onto the window, creating a sound akin to what angry buzzing bees would create. An English man was sitting by the window, enjoying the serenity of the moment. It has been raining for the past three hours, and the early winter wind did not help. It was too cold for Arthur's liking. He clutched the sweater that he was wearing closer to his body to seek for warmth. He took the cloth--way too large for his frame-- near his nose and took a deep breath. His lover's smell still lingered on it, sending a wave of comfort to him. The Brit took the cup of tea that he just brewed. Upon inhaling it, he smiled. It smelled like what he expected--earthy and sweet. The steam from the tea sent a warm sensation to his nose and cheeks. He looked around, their (more on his) library was as big as a normal class room, decorated with wooden shelves and, of course, huge amount of books. He put the cup down and took the book on the table, it was old but it was well-taken care of. Then he opened it on page two hundred forty-six and continued to read. Not even a minute passed and he was already drowned on the words that were written in the book, making him able to create his own, small world.

A knock almost startled Arthur, then the door opened, revealing an American guy with glasses and pair of blue eyes. It was his lover.

"Oops, did I startle you?" He asked, a sheepish smile playing on his lips.

Arthur smiled, shook his head and answered, "Not really."

"C'mere. I have a small surprise for you!" His lover excitedly said. He did not wait for the Brit to answer before he dragged the poor guy towards their living room.

He looked around, observing for something that would pass as a gift. But he found none. He sent a questioning look to Alfred.

"What's this small surprise?" He asked, almost laughing. He might not have seen what the surprise was, but not seeing it made him more excited and jumpy.

Alfred lead him towards their sofa, making him sit there. The man then walked towards a small table in the corner of the room, it has a chest  sitting on top of it.

He looked at Alfred, bewilderment obvious on his face. "A treasure chest? What for?" He asked.

Alfred smiled before pressing a small button on top of it, then it revealed a picture of them, something that was very familiar and one of the most special picture for the two of them. It was him and Alfred. Alfred was wearing a greyish-blue suit while Arthur had a white one with gold linings, a cute veil on top of his hair. It was a picture of their first dance after their wedding.

A smile found its way to Arthur's lips. The picture itself brought lots of memories to him. The most beautiful ones on top of that. He was about to speak, but Alfred cut him off.

"Nuh uh, it's not done yet!" He said, then he pressed another button, a mini version, having a similar post and clothes of the picture of them rose up from the chest. That explains why the chest is big.

Alfred then took a remote and pressed it, making their living room's light a bit dim. He put the remote down.

"Five...four..." Alfred counted, kneeling infront of Arthur.

"Why are you coun-"

"-two...one..." Alfred looked up to Arthur. "Can I have this dance?" He asked with his famous boyish grin plastered on his face, his gestures were somewhat similar to those fancy gentlemen on the movies that Arthur loved to watch, it was done a bit exaggerated that it earned a giggle from the Brit.

Raising one of his adorably huge eyebrows, Arthur replied using his thick accent and an equally exaggerated gesture.

"It would be a pity if I reject you. I guess dancing with you isn't that bad." A soft laughter erupted from their chests as the American took the Brit's hand. He then gently put the smaller's hands on his neck before putting his own, larger ones on his husband's tiny waist.

"What now?" Arthur asked, face red and a grin plastered on his face, he looked drunk...drunkenly inlove.

Alfred looked a bit troubled.

"There's a small problem with the--oh it's starting!" Alfred pulled the two of them closer when the instrumental of the song started playing.

Oh, so he was waiting for the music to play.

It was their wedding song, their favourite song, the song that felt like it was made just for the two of them.

Put your head in my shoulder

With that cue, Arthur put his head on his lover's shoulder, earning a chuckle from Alfred. Then Alfred started swaying their body oh-so-slowly as the song played.

Whisper in my ear

Alfred leaned down, whispering those three words that were also the reason why they were here, in this place, in this position, in this magical situation.

Baby, words I want to hear

Arthur smiled, his lover's voice sounded too magical and it made him almost turn into a pudding. He pulled the taller guy's face closer to him, his mouth finding its way towards his husband's ear.

Tell me that

"I love you too."

Arthur's words flowed with so much sincerity. His eyes filled with only two things--happiness and love.

Put your lips next to mine, dear

With the song still playing, they locked their lips together. Arthur's heart pounded in his chest wildly as he felt his husband's soft lips. Their lips moved in sync as if it was choreographed to dance with each other. His knees became weak as he once again remembered how addictive Alfred's lips were.

The couple ended the kiss and Arthur let a contented sigh. He felt Alfred's forehead against his own forehead. He smiled at the gesture and closed his eyes, feeling that magical moment.

They stood there, their body close to each other, swaying slowly as they whispered sweet nothings as if it was a secret that only the two of them were allowed to hear.  It felt like they were the only ones who existed that time.

It was just Arthur and Alfred, the relaxing sound of the rain, the gentle touch of the early winter wind, and their favourite song playing.
