✿ How a Request should look like: 7 steps ✿

1. Title of the Book: ______________

2. Author's name (Please do this step if you are requesting for someone else. If it's for your self then there is no need to do this step.) :______________

3. Names of people on the cover (Write the name(s) of the Idol(s) and their Band's name. If the Idol is solo, write "solo" and their name. If you want a picture of Y/N, I can do that too. Say the gender of Y/N if you want that on the cover. If you want no pictures, write "None".):_______________

4. How Many Versions of the cover do you want for the Same Book (So you'll have an option to chose from. FYI, I do only up to 4 versions):____________

5. Is It A Ship Or A Y/N Story ( If it's a ship then please mention the ship's name and mention the word "ship" because some times a ship sounds like an actual name. If It's an Y/N fanfiction then please mention the Idol's name and the Word "Y/N". You do not have to do this step if you chose to have only one or no one on the cover) :_________________
