Derek and Stiles had been together for a year before Derek got pregnant. Derek is 9ish months. They are having a boy. Stiles is still in school. It's his last year of high school but whatever. Derek was at the station because he was bored and Noah treats Derek like a soon. Derek's stomach was huge. He was laying on the couch in Noah's office. His eyes were closed, he was in pain. Noah had went on a case. He text Derek and said he was coming back. Noah walks in about 15 minutes later followed by Scott's dad.
"Noah what's going on in this town" Rafael asked
"I don't know what you are talking about" Noah says
Noah looks at Derek
"Derek are you okay" Noah asked
"I'm fine" Derek whispers
"Derek are you in labor" Noah asked
"I don't know, it just hurts" Derek whines
"LABOR" Rafael yells
Noah ignores him and helps Derek up.
"Okay let's get you to Deaton's" Noah says
They move slowly to Rafael's car because the squad car would not work. Noah gets in the passengers seat. Derek grabs his phone and calls Stiles. It goes to voicemail
"Stiles here you know what to do" Stiles voicemail says
"Stiles I swear to god if I give birth without you there. I will kill you. God Stiles just be there I need you" Derek cries
Derek throws his phone in the floor and groans in pain. They get to the animal clinic and Noah runs inside. People were in the waiting room
"Deaton!" Noah yells
He walks to the front
"Wait now" Deaton asked
"I think so" Noah says
"Okay um can you please leave. My wife is having a baby" Deaton says calmly
The people leave really quick. Noah and Deaton run out to the car
"Derek you are going to be fine" Deaton explains
"Just someone get me that asshole" Derek yells in pain
Deaton looks at Noah and Noah makes Rafael help Derek inside. He calls Stiles
"Stiles you know what to do" Stiles voicemail answers
"Answer the phone" Noah yells
Noah calls Stiles again and he doesn't answer. Noah grabs Derek's phone and luckily it wasn't locked. Noah calls Lydia
"Lydia Martin" Lydia answers 
"Lydia" Noah says trying to calm himself down
"Sheriff?" Lydia ask
"Are you with Stiles?" Noah ask
"It's the start of lunch" Lydia explains
"Derek is having the baby" Noah explains
"Oh my god. I'll go find him and we'll be there" Lydia says and hangs up
With Lydia
Lydia gets up from her table and runs to Stiles locker. Stiles was standing there talking to Scott
"Stiles!" Lydia yells
He turns and looks at her
"Yeah?" Stiles ask
"Your child is coming" Lydia explains
Stiles starts running to his Jeep. Lydia jumps in the passenger seat. Stiles pulls out of the parking lot really fast
"Check my phone" Stiles tells her
Lydia grabs his phone and goes to voicemail. She clicks on Noah's
"This is your dads" Lydia says
"Answer the phone!" Noah yells
"Did Derek call me?" Stiles asked
"Yeah he left a voicemail" Lydia explains
"Play it" Stiles tells her
"Stiles I swear to god if I give birth without you. I will kill you. God Stiles just get here I need you" Derek cries
"Fuck!" Stiles yells
Stiles starts driving faster. They get to the animal clinic and run inside. They run to the back. Derek groans in pain
"So what's wrong" Stiles asked
Deaton walks over to Stiles and Lydia
"He is going to give birth but it's gonna take a few hours for him to be ready. He's in a lot of pain though" Deaton explains
"How long?" Lydia asked
"Maybe 2 or 3 hours" Deaton explains
"Oh god" Stiles sighs
"His pain is going to come and go okay" Deaton tells them looking at Derek
"Okay" Lydia and Stiles say
Stiles grabs a chair and sits beside Derek. Derek looks at him
"I hate you" Derek tells him
"I know I'm sorry" Stiles says and kisses his head
"I'm never doing this again it hurts to much" Derek growls
"Der" Stiles says
"Shut up you aren't having pain shot through you every few seconds" Derek growls at him
"Okay" Stiles says rubbing Derek's arm
Lydia walks over and rubs Derek's head. Stiles notices Rafael
"Why is he here?" Stiles asked angrily 
"He gave us a ride calm down" Noah tells him
"Okay fine" Stiles says
Almost 4 hours later and after a lot of screaming and Derek cursing Stiles out. Deaton says the baby is ready. Derek pushes a baby boy out. It took two hours
"All done boys but" Deaton says and stabs Derek with a needle with stuff that will slow the healing process.
"Ow" Derek growls
"I have to stitch you up so try to stay still" Deaton explains
Lydia grabs the baby and Stiles holds Derek down. See Derek hates needles. Deaton backs up when he's done
"All done boys" Deaton says
It was 6 now so Stiles sits in the chair
"What are you going to name him guys?" Noah asks
"Junior Boyd Stilinski" Derek says 
"So no Hale" Lydia ask
"No my name causes pain" Derek says looking at Junior
"So the names gonna die" Noah ask
"No Peter is I'm the process of adopting a boy" Stiles explains
"Oh" They all say
Deaton made them stay the night to make sure the baby was doing fine
