After waking up in the morning you peeked at your phone hoping that your best friends Jimin and Mina might've wished you.
Today is your 20th birthday. You became a little bit disappointed that everyone wished you from your old friends except for your two best friends. You were scrolling your Instagram account suddenly you heard your mom calling your name. You quickly got up from the bed and rushed to the washroom. After doing your morning routine,you came down for breakfast. You saw that your mom and dad were looking at you smilingly. You felt weird at first.
"HAPPY BIRTHDAY,Y/N-ah...!! Come and sit with me.",your mom told you. You nodded and sat on the empty chair beside your mom. Your mom again said,"You became so big. It feels like as if she was born yesterday. Isn't it ,honey?",she asked your dad. Your dad said,"Yes, sweetheart. You're so grown up now. I think it is high time you should you should start dating someone." You shouted angrily,"Mom,dad,not again. Your dad asked,"Why? Are you still waiting for your crush of highschool?" After hearing him you became annoyed and said,"Why do you always bring that topic?" You could feel your eyes filling up with tears upon hearing his name. Your mom noticed your condition and said,"It's ok,honey,don't cry. Today's your birthday. So enjoy." You nodded and quickly finished your breakfast.
After finishing your breakfast when you were heading towards your room you heard Mina and Jimin's voice.
"Surprise!!" They ran towards you and started wishing you,"Happy birthday,Y/N-ah!!" Jimin came and gave you a warm hug. You got so emotional that you bursted into tears. He asked,"What's wrong,Y/N? Why are you crying?" You said ,"I thought you both forgot my birthday." Mina said,"Aww..Y/N ...how can we forget your birthday? It's just that we got stuck somewhere. That's why we got late. Now come and gimme a hug. You hugged her instantly.
Jimin cleared his throat and said,"Now if you guys are so done with your crying and hugging can we go now?" " Where are we going?",you asked." It's a surprise for you,dude. Come on now. Hurry up! And wear this dress." Jimin told while handing you a bag. "We are waiting for you in the hall room."
You rushed to your room and quickly wore that dress. You wore simple make-up. When you were done you stood up from the chair and was mesmerized at your own self. You praising their choice. You were looking very attractive on that dress. Mina yelled before coming inside your room,"Wow,man! You are looking damn hot in this dress. I'm afraid that I might fall in love with you." You shyly said," ok now,stop it. You're embarrassing me." Mina giggled and said,"Let's go. Jimin was about to sleep. So I sent him to start the car. "Let's go!",you said... You got into the car. Jimin was on the driving seat. Then the car started.
"Btw guys,now tell me where are we going?"
"Patience baby, patience.." you scoffed at their reply.
" Fine",
You put the earphone and started listening songs. After a ride of 30 minutes Jimin pulled the car at the parking lot. You got out of the car and became speechless after scanning the whole place. It was a nicely decorated five star restaurant. You looked at them in disbelief.
Mina asked you,"Do you know which restaurant are you standing at?" You nodded negatively.
"THE KIM'S RESTAURANT", she replied.

"Are you fucking serious??This is the KIM' S RESTAURANT??"
"Yes",they both nodded.
You were still in shock because it is one of the best restaurants of Korea.
"Are you gonna stand here the whole fucking day?",Jimin asked you,"when you guys are done with your shits,come inside."
You two started following Jimin towards the main door. You were mesmerized seeing this place.
"Food must be very expensive here.",you said.
Jimin replied,"Yes, they are. That's why we came here to click some photos to share. Then we will go and have lunch at a stall." You hit his chest. He mockingly growled in pain. "Yeah it's your birthday. So stop worrying about anything. My treat!" Then you ordered the food.
There were very less people's,who were barely speaking. In a corner,you saw a couple making out. You turned your gaze from that direction and your eyes got stuck to a man who was sitting al alone. You kept on trying to see his face as his back was facing you. Then he got up and was about to leave but suddenly he turned around and you saw that face after three years,"KIM TAEHYUNG!!"
