When I moved out to college, I didn't have many friends, so I was pretty much alone, I also didn't care who i shared my room with, luckily my roommate was actually pretty nice, she was a shy quite little girl, but she still tried to start conversation from time to time, and she often make me dinner, we became close friends really fast, she never had anyone over, and she was always there when I came back, however, that changed one day when I came back to an empty home, maybe she's out with friends ? I just brushed off and went to rest, after a few hours however I started to get worried, did something happen ? I waited till the next day to talk to the lady responsible for the dorms, she got worried after hearing that my roommate was still missing, she asked for the number of our room, after searching she frowned and said but there's only one person in that room I was taken back a little, what ? We searched again, same results, we searched her name only to find there was no person under that name in this college, I went back to my room, as soon as I opened the door I found a letter waiting for me
I'm sorry if I worried you, you're probably confused right now, so I will explain, I died 10 years ago in this room, I lived alone, everyone bullied me, I was always made fun of even by my teacher who didn't even try to stop the bullying, so I took my own life, I was stuck here after because of the hatred In My heart, I couldn't move on, till you came along, and I finally had a friend, someone ready to hear everything I have to say, and laugh with, shat with, so I was finally able to move on
Thank you, for freeing me from my curse, I hope you find good friends and make many happy memories.
I was a little shocked, so I did my research, and in the library, I found one copy of a newspaper from ten years ago, talking about the girl that committed suicide, and was so easily forgotten, how sad.
I later on met a quite girl in my lecture, I actually started a conversation for once, and now we're best friends.
