Chapter 3

Anneliese's POV

🌙☀🌙☀🌙☀

I woke up finding out that I'm alone in the hut,I was a little scared of being alone,I was so worried,I started to walk around biting my nails but I was still not contented,I walked around shouting their names and heard murmurs in front of a tree,I went to see if they were Bella and Caitlin but no,they weren't.

I walked around an spotted them talking with the crazy old women,I ran so fast that I stepped on a puddle and slipped,Then sparkly little things came around me,when I saw my legs,they weren't legs anymore but tails.

I shouted to call Bella's attention,She looked back but didn't notice me,I tried to call Caitlin's attention next (I made sure to shout That I'm down here),Good thing she noticed me,She quickly ran over to me.

And to my surprise she was not even shocked.

"Oh No,not you too?"Bella said

"What do you mean?"I asked very CURIOUSLY

"Well,It also happened to us!"Caitlin said,looking confused

"You know that crazy old woman right?"Bella asked

"Um...Yeah." I answered

"Well we asked her to continue the story and guess what"Caitlin said

"What?" I said in a curious way

"Well she just mentioned our names in the story which is such a coincidence"Bella said.

"Maybe it's not us well we are just human NOT MERMAIDS"I said

"It can be like that but no,She said those three are half human half mermaid,which it is possible that it is us,Which is scary and crazy!" Caitlin said with a high pitched voice

"How about let's ask that old woman?"Bella said

"I don't think it's a good idea,but we'll have to try."I said not feeling convinced.

We went to the old woman's hut and asked about the happenings when we get wet.

The old woman apparently have no other answers but,You might be the lost princesses.I was like what!It can't be.We are just normal teenage girls.

Then she told us that there is only one thing to do to know the truth....A test.

Bella was like,Oh No.

We went to the woods and waited about 5 more minutes for the old woman.

Ok,Very well let's start,Sweetie with the blonde hair what is your name?

"Bella,Isabella Collins" Bella answered

"See that bush over there,think of burning it" the old lady replied.

Bella stared at the bush for 2 minutes and flames started to scatter all over it.

"Well,you are really the daughter of Queen Isabel,Princess Isabella,your highness" the old lady deep soft voice.

"Now you the brunette,what's your name?" She said with a serious voice.

"Humph,Anneliese Jones,Ma'am" I said trying to be nice

"Well,I like you,now look at the ground and imagine your favorite flower growing."She once again said.

I stared at the ground thinking of a nice pink rose and after few attempts a rose started to growl

"Um...Daughter of Princess Ayra."

"Now the last one you black hair,who are you?" She said sounding in a hurry

"Caitlin Summers" Caitlin replied.

"Um...Try thinking of watering the flower Anneliese made." She said.

Caitlin stared at the flower with her grinning and rain poured from above,but the weird thing is that it only hit the rose.
