Forgotten Jedi

Purge

"Feel the force, it is all around us" Yuuk said to me. "I do, I feel the kyber crystal calling me." I replied. I searched patiently for at least an hour. "The crystal myst choose you Anakin." Yuuk said. I held a crystal in my hand, it started humming and increased when I used the force. "Grand master Yuuk, my lightsaber please." I requested. He handed the empty shell to me and I placed the crystal in the center. "Now press the button." He commanded. I did as he told and watched the blade speed out. "Very peculiar young Gorgara. Not many people have a purple lightsaber." Yuuk explained. "Grand master, what does it mean?" I asked. "It means moral uncertainty, reconstruction, and recovery. It means you are perfectly balanced in both sides of the force." He continued. "We should keep training, I wish to be like you one day, Grand master Yuuk." I told him with confidence. "No padawan, you will be even greater than I." He replied.

We trained for weeks, each test harder than the last. "Focus on your surroundings, padawan." He reminded. I focused as hard as I could, he then force pushed me. "You must stay aware of everything, even if you're attacked by another force user." Master Yuuk explained. We used the old ways of the Jedi training. "You shall balance on your head in the middle of a storm. It is the ancient and long forgotten way of the Jedi." He continued.

  I balanced for three hours before Master Yuuk told me to get down. "Yes, Master." I replied. "You are still young, padawan. You show great potential, you will without a doubt be knighted withing a year. You have been my padawan for 4 years now. You are almost ready." Master Yuuk told me. "Thank you master, I shall not let you down." I came back.

  "Young Padawan, your time has come. You will be knighted by this time tomorrow, and I will no longer be your master. You must complete one last trial, the trial of insight." Master Yuuk informed. We took a ship to an odd planet that I was unfamiliar with. "You must walk the forest alone, it is highly dangerous so you must not let your guard down. This is a forest inhabited by hostile force sensitive people whom aren't Jedi." Master Yuuk explained. I walked through the forest with my lightsaber in hand, using the force to sense everything around me. It was nothing but an empty forest. As I lowered my guard a man with a lightsaber lunged out of the shrubbery and attacked. I blocked his attack and sliced his head off. I couldn't sense him but here he was. Seven more came out and all started attacking simultaneously. I blocked and slashed. "Holograms, master tricked me." I realized. I sheathed my lightsaber and sat down to meditate. More and more of the attackers came, but I sat still. They all started attacking, but their attacks did nothing. They passed through me like nothing. Master Yuuk came behind me and attempted to strike. "The test of insight is to see how well you perceive the world around you, as well as using the force." I cited as I blocked. We walked back to the ship and flew back to the station.

  The next day Grandmaster Yuuk and I were eating breakfast. "Are you exited padawan?" Asked Master Yuuk. "Yes Master, I am eager to finally be a Jedi." I replied. "You are by far my youngest padawan to be knighted at just 20 years of age." He chuckled. "We must get to the council Master. We are almost late." I reminded. He sat there for a moment and then gave a smile. We walked down the halls to see rows of clone troopers. They all had the same armor. We walked into the council room an keeled. "Completed your training, you have." Said Grandmaster Yoda. The council stood up and lifted their lightsabers. They started preforming a ritual. "I dub thee, Jedi knight Anakin Gorgara." Master Mace windu said. I stood up, bowed, and walked out of the room. "Shall we, Yuuk?" I said with a grin. We flew out to our starship, guarded by clones. I went to my quarters and took off my cloak. My black Jedi robes were still a perfect fit. I packed a few extra robes into a bag for the next mission. A cone stood outside my door. "All units, execute order 66." Said his comms. My door slides open with 15 clones on the other side with their blasters pointed at me. I activated my lightsaber and began to speak. "Lower your weapons, and no one gets hurt." I negotiated. They started blasting, endless rounds. I deflected them back, killing each with their own blaster shot. I ran through the halls with my bag of robes on my back. "Yuuk, we have to leave!" I yelled. We met in a hallway. The clones were pushing us back. The door behind me opened. Yuuk ran through the door, I went to force blast the clones, when suddenly, the door slides closed and breaks my forelimb. "Its stuck, I can't open it with the force Yuuk." I said with pain. I could feel the blasters hitting my hand, all the plasma shots burning through my skin. I screamed in agony while trying to think of a way to get it unstuck. Yuuk comes over to me and slices up, severing my left forelimb at the elbow. I didn't have time to scream, we ran to the escape pod and tried to open the door. Just as I got the door open, a lightsaber goes through Yuuk's chest. The red glow as it pierced through his chest was ominous. I feared that lightsaber more than anything now. The lightsaber slowly came out and Yuuk fell to the ground. "YUUK!" I yelled as I let out a blast of force energy, sending the sith back. I got into the escape pod and was shot out. What next?
