(( In this story, Major Nair is not a villain. He's just a strict teacher who wants to provide his country with strong, capable soldiers.))

All the first year cadets' have passed their exams with flying colours. Their teachers had worked extra hard and helped the cadets whenever they needed. Even Major Nair had helped, which surprised most of the people of KMA.

Now, it was time to figure out their second year curriculum. All the faculty members were in this meeting since morning. Major Nair suggested advanced drill and combat training. Dr. Shalini had suggested emergency first-aid course. Captain Rajveer suggested advanced gun training with moving targets. Suri ji suggested the cadets should learn how to cook basic things in warzone situations without ration. BC was pleased with all the suggestions of hand to hand training the faculty members had planned. So, he approved them all. Then, they spent another hour deciding that theoretical lesson plans.

When that was also done, BC noticed Rajveer looked lost in thought. "Captain, kaha khoye hai aap? he asked.

"Sir, I have this thought... ke har kisike pas koi na koi hidden talent hota hai. I'm sure hamare cadets ke pas bhi honge. Agar ham an hidden talents ko utilize kar sake, to Indian army ke pas aise khas multi-talented soldiers honge jo hamare kam ko aasan kar payenge," Rajveer explained.

"Vichar achsa hai per hame pata kaise chalega ki kiska kya hidden talent hai aur wo kam ka hai ya nahi?" BC asked thoughtfully.

"I think hame ek contest rakhni chahiye. Contest ki jaroye hum decide kar payenge ke kaun sa jyada kam ka hai aur kaun sa Koi kam ka nahin," Rajveer suggested.

"Let me think on it some more. I want to think about the pros and cons of this matter," BC said before heading out.

"Idea achsa hai, Captain," Major Nair praised stoically, "dhyan rahe ki talent aisi honi chahiye ki dushman kabhi bhi shakal dekhke guess na kar paye," he added.

"Good point, sir. Mein dhyan rakhunga is baat per," Rajveer assured. With a Stern nod, Major Nair left.

"Major ka badla huya ye roop bahut surprising hai," Dr. Shalini stated after the door closed.

"I agree, doc," Rajveer laughed.

"Actually... You're wrong," Lolitaji interrupted, "Yeh sach hai ki major bahut strict hai, but he never had any bad intentions. He always wanted to build strong soldiers who won't bend to enemy tortures easily. Isiliye first year cadets ke saath aise bartav karte hai. Second year ke cadets always get support, proper guidance, and care from him," she explained. "Aap ke time per bhi wo aise hi the, but apke second year start hone se kuch din pahle unhe mission ke liye Jana paratha. To apne unka yah roop nahi dekha," she said to Rajveer.

"Really??!! Damn! Ab to regret ho raha hai," Rajveer grimaced.

"Regret kyu?" Shalini asked, puzzled.

"Wo... jab hum cadets the tab... we used to pull pranks on Major Nair," Raj confessed sheepishly. Lolita ji and Shalini stared at him in disbelief, while Suriji snickered recalling those pranks.

"Captain, hum to apko sharif samajhte the...." Shalini started.

"....Aur aap to ek number ka badmash nikle," Lolita ji finished shaking her head. Rajveer blushed in response.

The second year cadets were really excited ever since the announcement about hidden talent contest. BC had finally made the decision that the contest should be held before the arrival of new batch of 1st year cadets and before second year cadets start their new training. That way the cadets would be able to polish their talents along with their other training.
