Izuku and Bakugou(Or should I say Bakuhoe) were used to be good friends,they worn the same clothes,shared the same bed,they were close like brothers.Until......
Katsuki got his quirk,but Izuku is "quirkless" or people think he does.After Katsuki knows that Izuku is quirkless ,he always bullies Izuku until he cough up blood. Izuku's parents know Izuku is quirkless, Inko and Hisashi thinks even if Izuku is quirkless ,he still can be a hero because Izuku can fight while others only use their quirks.
(Author: What I mean is in some scenario,some hero's quirk doesn't fit for the surroundings.Like Mt Lady in the slime accident,even if she can turn huge but she could destroy the nearby surroundings.
