Chapter 23-Jealousy

Cassandra's POV

Ughhh this sucks!! We just returned yesterday after that camping trip and we have to go to school right away! I'm so tired!! All those activities makes my body ache!!

"Hey you okay?" I looked towards my right and saw Lucas

"Ahh yeah i'm alright just a little tired"

"I see here drink these it'll make you feel better" Sabi niya at may nilagay na chocolate milk sa lamesa ko

"Oh thanks"

"Your welcome" Sabi niya at pumunta sa desk niya

I started drinking the chocolate milk and he's right it made me feel better

Where is the teacher anyway? The classroom is so loud!! Is this a club?!

Kinuha ko ang earphones at nag patugtug ng music habang nag susulat sa notebook

While i am writing i started to sing the song i'm listening to...

When i stopped singing my phone vibrated so i opened it
and saw a message from Lucas

'Nice voice'

'You heard it?'

'Yeah'

'Wait but aren't you sitting far away from me?'

"Yeah far away Cassandra so far away" Tumalikod ako at nakita si Lucas

"Ahh!!" Sigaw ko at hinampas siya

"Aray naman!!"

"O-oh i'm sorry i didn't realise that you were sitting behind me"

"It's okay, geez you slap hard it hurts"

"It's not even that hard and why are sitting behind me?"

"Cause i want to"

"Oh okay"

"Were going to be practicing later for the singing Contest"

"What time?"

"After class"

"Sure" Sabi ko at nag pa tuloy siya sa pagbabasa ng libro

Ughh i'm so boreddd should i call Lauren? Its her free time after all, i dialed her phone number and a few minutes later she answered

'Hello Cassandra?'

'Hey Lauren its your free time right?'

'Yeah so whats up?'

'Nothing much just bored our teacher isn't here'

'Hey you call that bored? Alexa hates classes i bet she's just dozing off there'

'Hahaha your right but i love having classes'

'Just read a book or something i gotta go now i need to finish my project hehe'

'Ok then bye bye'

'Bye see youu'

Binaba ko ang phone ko at tumingin sa blackboard

I should just read a book like Lauren said

Binuksan ko ang bag ko at kinuha ang libro na pinahiram ni Lucas saakin

"Your still reading it?" Tanong ni Lucas saakin

"Yup i still haven't finish it"

"So do you like it?"

"Absolutely!! This is one of the best books ive read so far"
