Author's POV
Taehyung got Jimin's permission to go the party Lisa invited him to. He was now getting ready. He just wore a plain grey hoodie and Jeans.

At the restaurant
"Hey, taehyung here." Lisa stood up from her sit and called for taehyung upon seeing him entering the restaurant. Taehyung quickly made his way towards his colleagues and sat down beside Lisa. He greeted them and talked with them about various things.

They were also having soju and beer.

"Taehyung, you really are something different." Su min said.
"Huh?" Taehyung looked at her in confusion.
"Yeah, you lasted as the longest assistant for Mr Park. I haven't even heard him scolding you."
Taehyung was now scared if they will suspect anything. He just smiled and said
"I mean I haven't made a mistake so I don't think so there is anything for him to scold me for."
"Still be careful around him. He is very scary." Su min said.
Taehyung was kind of offended now, his colleagues were badmouthing about his bosss which is also his boyfriend. He tried not to show he was irritated so he just nodded in response.

"Anyways, taehyung are you in a relationship with someone?" Lisa asked raising an eyebrow.

"No why?"
"I mean you are young and handsome. You should have someone that you are dating."
"No I am not in a relationship right now." Taehyung said in a convincing tone. He didn't want his colleagues to know he was dating.

Lisa and the others seemed convinced and didn't ask any further questions relating the topic.

After 2 hours they all finally decided to call it a night. Taehyung just had beer so he wasn't drunk but a little bit tipsy. All his other colleagues were drunk as hell. Lisa was blabbering God knows what. He slowly made his way out of the restaurant but not before bidding goodbye to his colleagues.

It was a long day for taehyung. He took a cab to his apartment. Upon reaching his apartment building he quickly got out of the cab after paying and made his way to the elevator.

He entered his apartment and quickly got inside his room and layed on his bed.

Taehyung's POV
Thank God they didn't suspect anything. If they know that I am dating jimin I am doomed. Jimin's image will be ruined in the office if people know that he is dating his assistant. That is what I think.

I checked my phone to see if I have any messages or calls. I saw that I had a message from an unknown number. I didn't pay any attention to that and scrolled down. I saw Jimin's number and decided to call him. Although it was very late I still wanted to listen to his calming voice.

Yeah , what are you doing?
I am about to go to bed.
I just wanted to listen to your voice
Me too
Really?
Yeah, I love listening to your voice.
Yah, I am blushing now.
Anyways, how was your party?
It was good. I became more familiar with them.
That's good but don't be way to familiar with them.
Okay my jealous king. It's getting late you should sleep bye.
Bye. I love you
I love you too.

With that he hanged up the call and drifted to sleep with a smile on his face.

The next morning

Oh God! I overslept. I am gonna be late. Its already past nine. I quickly took a shower, got ready, had my breakfast which is instant noodles and boarded the bus. It was the last bus for this morning which means I am late because I always board the last second bus. I hope I don't get in trouble. I know jimin won't scold me but my colleagues will suspect that. Now for the first time in my life I want to be scolded.

I got to the office and hurried my way to my office room. I quickly got inside Jimin's office room which is also my office room. He shifted all my belongings to his office because he wanted to see me in his office during the office hours.

He was already typing on his computer when I entered.

"Sorry I am late." I said panting heavily. He pushed the glass of water towards me.

"It's okay, drink some water or else you will die because of exhaustion." He said. I quickly drank the water and settled myself on my table and started arranging the files.

Two hours later

My work was finished. I had to submit a file to Lisa so I went to her office.

Upon entering the  shared office room everyone looked at me in surprise.

"How did you survive today?" Su min said
"What do you mean?" I asked as if I was confused but I knew very well what they are talking about.

"You came late today but still Mr Park didn't scold you." Sung won said.

"I informed him yesterday that I was gonna be late."
"Why are you late today?"
"My dog was sick." I just made an excuse that my dog was sick. In reality my dog doesn't even live with me.
"Okay" their tone was hesitant. They were suspecting me.

I quickly handed the file to Lisa and came out of their. I let out a heavy sigh and entered my office. Jimin was not there. I assume he is in the meeting.
