Passing through city traffic, I reached to the cafe. I parked my bike in the parking area and went upstairs.
CAFE CITY is my life... It's my second priority after Iva, my best friend. Our fun, let go dramas, break up talks, patch up talks, nonsense talks, bitching, gossiping with hot sips of teas and coffees, bites of donuts, sips of wine, etc. happened and might happen in this cafe only. Whenever we are out of the spots, the very first choice is CAFE CITY.

Not in a mood? Go to CAFE CITY... Want some hot or cold sips of teas or coffee? Go to CAFE CITY... Want some important talks? Go to CAFE CITY... Want some deep talks? Go to CAFE CITY... Want to do bitching? I think CAFE CITY is the best place. And wanna roam into the cafe life? Go to CAFE CITY... CAFE CITY is not only a 'f**kin place' for me but it's a caring therapist for me.

"Hey! How are you? After a long time, huh ?", Shane asked me lifting his eyebrows.
Giving him a description, I started, "Yeah. Lots of stuff was there too do. And plus my exams are coming. So, just educating for it too. And many more, etc. etc. etc...". I smiled.

"I can't believe, Mary can even involve herself in studies", he teased.
"Oh! Of course, I can. Whose spreading the wrong news that I can't involve myself in 'studies'?", I smiled.
"Okay. Then I think they are rumors." Shane laughed. "Well then. What you will take?"
"Actually I am full. I had Black Tea and Toasted Bread. Ummm... But I prefer to have a... Apple-Crumb Donut.", I instructed.
"Your favorite Donut, huh?"
"Yeah".
"Okay. Well. Have a seat at your favorite place. I am appearing in 10 minutes with your order.", He smiled.

I fetched my favorite seat near the long french yellowish-green window. I love that place because it was imperfectly perfect. Green lights of the cafe are reflecting upon the yellow part of the window generating color like neon something. Neon is such a bright color as my future! What?... Really my future is bright? Close this topic here only...

Putting my bag on the chair beside me, I thought that pointless nightmare about Iva's death. Precisely, it was the first nightmare I ever had. I can never ever imagine my Iva, as a dead one.

We had an enormous amount of fun in college, club and in the cafe too. How can I survive my life without her? Thank God! It was all a nightmare. Iva's marriage with her bf, Mark Aldeia still remains. As per the Iva's dream, she wants to marry Mark in front of her family members in a french style. So, how can she die too early without fulfilling her dream? Just tell me how?

Iva has a great family. Her father, Michael Lobo, is considered as the top businessman from the five richest business tycoons of New York. Her mother, Richa Lobo, is one of the specialist psychiatrists. She has energetic siblings too.
Thinking about Iva's family, suddenly I remembered mine too. How they were smashed in that unfortunate accident! Like Iva, I too had parents. My mother and father were going to the theatre on their 27th anniversary. They died due to that dangerous accident and went to heaven leaving me here alone in a huge world. The date was 26th January 2020. It's been two years now!

Time glides like they are too attending the race. Everything f**ckin thing change! Earlier, I was residing with my family in the 4BHK house. But after their accident, I settled to 1BHK house in Rosewood Villa in Manhattan only. I had done my payments through dad's credit card. But now, as he is no more, I have to do a job.
So after searching for a job to earn some money, I got a part-time job at Booklets Publishing House. The job timing is 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. I have been given certain genres like Horror, Drama, Romance and Spiritual for book publishing.
I get paid enough for my living purposes and so I'm happy. Yeah! Sometimes, I'm stressed due to work but it's okay. At least, the job is the only thing through which I can receive dollars.

In a meanwhile, when I was thinking all of this, Shane brought me an Apple-crumb Donut.
"Here your's Donut.", Shane said putting donut on my table.
"Thank You.", I smiled.
