also known as hope's peak high school, it is a government funded school for ultimate students. there were only two requirements to get in. first, you had to be the best of what you do, and second, you had to be attending high school.
many elites have graduated from this school, so many believe that if you get accepted, you're practically guaranteed to succeed.
