INVISIBLE

Chapter 4

After a few hours of walking and walking...I realized that she was my only chance and I had treated her soo badly...it wasn't fair to her...So I decided to look for her to apologize

Ididn't know where to look, soo I went to school to see  if she was there...and she was, she was sitting on the same bank we met..just like I left her...she was kind of crying..It just made me feel awful

"Hey....Are you okay?"

"Oh!...

She quickly took the tears out of her eyes

...I'm fine"

"Look, I'm soo sorry for what I did...I was mad, and I shouldn't have talk to you like that...I'm sorry"

"Don't worry...Its just"

"What?"

"Nothing...forget it"

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, Yeah...let's go"

"Look, something is bothering you...c'mon you can tell me anything, don't make the same mistake as before"

"Really? that's the way you want to convince me?"

"Well.....Its good to get it out you know...just tell me"

"All right....I was scared to tell you"

"Why?"

"Well, I know how it feels"

"What?"

"To kind of loose your life for a moment"

Yes, It  hurts to loose you life for a moment but I still had hope to get it back...then why was she saying that? is something she wasn't telling me?..Suddenly she started to cry again

"Are you okay?"

"Yeah...just some durt in my eye"

"Are you sure?....look, Grace...I know I don't know you a lot but..but you can tell me anything all right? you have to trust...something tells me we are going to be together for a very long time"

"Its just.....that the same thing  happening to you happened to me"

As soon as I heard those words I was shocked...maybe I misunderstood, but was she telling me she was like me?

"Look...I know this must shocked you a little...but yeah, I was a human.....4 years ago,I was poor, people made fun about my closes and all so I wished the same thing as you...being invisible.....I reacted just like you, asking everybody what's happening and all...but I didn't have soo much luck...because when my star arrived, it was alcoholic..so he left a couple of minutes later, and leave me alone, I didn't know what to do...So the time went out and I couldn't return to be human again, I was stuck like that forever.....By that moment I still belived it was a night mare...but after a few days, someone was calling my name...I didn't wan't to turn around because...I was invisible, maybe it was a mistake...but then someone put her hand in my shoulder, and explained me all...she offered me to go where I'm living now...it was my only option.."

"Who was that?"

"It was my adoptive mom...she died a week ago"

"Wow! I'm soo sorry"

"That's why I was acting soo weird and bad at school...no one knows"

"Why didn't you tell them?"

"Because, I didn't have the strenght to"

I was paralized, I was complaining soo much about my life, when I had everthing I needed but her...she had passed though too much, and still have the strenght to continue with her life, acting like nothing happened...she was soo strong and brave...I couldn't be more thankful that SHE was MY star
