I woke up kinda early, well, as for me. I usually sleep 'till The alarm clock  start ringing. I opened my eyes and Sat on the bed, i looked at the floor just to see that Kai's sleeping there.
Well, was mad but.. He's cute when he's asleep.
Alfer a while I crouched next to him And I poked him.

- Kai! Wake up! You didn't listen to me! - I tried to wake him up Pretending that i was mad.

Kai got up. His hair was a mess witch made me blush. - Sorry about that, but you really didn't looked good. - He looked at me. - Are You better now? You're still kinda red.

- Huh? Yes, i'm alright.

- Is everyone awake? What time is it? - He asked.

- It's 7 a.m.

- Huh, alright then, i'm going to the bathroom.

- Okay, bye! - it took me a moment to realize what i just said.

- Haha, bye! - Kai only laughed and left.

| 5 hours Later. |

I was sitting on the couch watching tv. Then Jay walked into the living room and sat next to me sillyly smiling.
I tried to ignore it but I feel very awkward when someone looks at me like that.

- What do you want? - I asked.

- Cooooole, you know you're my beeest friend, right? - Yeah sure, he want me to do something for him.

- Go on. You don't have to drag it like that. - I said still looking at the tv.

- Can you tell Kai me and Nya are going on a date? Nya wanted me to do that but i don't think i wanna.

- Why not? - I asked interested.

- You can say that we quarreled...

I sighed. - Okay, i'll tell him.

- I knew i can Count on you, thank you so much! And Bye! - He said running to the door.

- Yeah yeah. - I said a little quieter.

( 20 minutes time skip )

I decided to go tell Kai about the date, so i got up and I turned to his room. [when he was there]

I knocked.

- Who's there? Jay if that's you-

- It's Cole. - i Answered quickly.

- Oh, come in then, i guess.

When I walked into Kai's room, I saw that he was disheveled.

- Th. What happend to your hair? - i asked trying not to laugh.

- Jay threw out my gels. - He really looked angry.

- Why?

- Because he was "Bored". Anyway, you need something?

- Jay wanted me to tell you that he's out on date with Nya. - I saw that kai was holding something in his hand. - What ya got there?

- Oh, this? - He showed me shiny little red rock. - This is Red Fire Opal. Joshua gave it to me! Isn't it Beautiful?

All my joy has disappeared from my face. - Yeah... It is.

- Oh, I forgot to tell you that Lloyd and Master Wu went to the Library and Zane and Pixal are in Cyrus Borgs place. So i guess it's just us and Joshua. - He smiled.

- Oh... Finally, some rest, huh? - I asked looking at the Wall.

- Yeah... - He smiled.

"Cole. Ask him now,  you have no other things to do, anyway! Come on Cole, do it! Do it!"

There were different thoughts on my head, especially those that wanted me to ask Kai if he would like to go out with me somewhere.

"But what if he don't like me back? Our friendship will be ruined!"

"No! It doesn't have to be like a date yet!" "Right. This is not a date!"

- H- Hey Kai...? - I looked at him And I could feel as my cheeks get warmer.

- Yes? What it it? - He was having one of thoese Amazing looks that can make anyone fall in love.

- I uh, wanted to ask you if - I looked away. - If you would like to go somewhere with me?! - I don't know why I shouted the last two words. But when i looked at him i've seen a smile in his face.

- Of course, i'd love to! What w time?

I looked at the watch - how about 4 p.m.?

- Okay!

I got up - Okay, see ya! - When i left his room i was going to the kitchen with a big smile.
