Their personalities aren't that incompatible. I like their relationship.
I hope they get a friendly relationship. I can see Ochako trying to protect Deku. I think their (Kacchaco's) whole dynamic is comedic.
Now, relationship wise, I don't mind it. I think the fan art is cute. Some of it anyway. Stop the horny guys, these kids are the same age as you.
I think they make a decent ship.
But y'know, not everyone thinks that.
