Lived in the US a long time and I am proud of your country as much as I am of mine.
Feel part of it. Love it.
So many times, I find myself thinking and dreaming in English. Because you are part of me.
Saddened, I am, because of this nightmare we are all trying to survive.
Even though I lived "deep south" I was never exposed to racism.
Better life, better enjoyment, prouder, impossible.
Feel as proud of my Panamanian citizenship and soul as I am proud of having lived and felt like an American.
Love my American friends and family. Love what they stand for:
Hope, work and country!!
Wish for Panama that much.
On this fourth of July I feel sad for the sufferings we all are trying to endure.
Feel sad to see my soul country trying to survive so many hardships.
You will endure, as you have made so many times before.
You will show us the path to follow. I expect that much from you.
I am proud of being so related to that great country of yours.
