koeve chapter 3- Thailand

Chapter 3, Thailand.

I was back at the building I had started in. I was in the work out room beating up on some poor sand bags. My guards were coming here from school, today was Alyxa and a guy named Felix. He was low on the ranking of the pack, and Alyxa was high on the ranking chart. They balanced each other out.

Tired and wiping my self of with a towel. I then heated up my palms and ran them over my hair, drying it out.

"Well don't you look beautiful?" Alyxa asked sarcastically as she walked in with Felix.

"Be quite" I half growled at her.

"Sure thing princess." She smiled at me. That was becoming my new name because I've been sulking around in this locked up in a building I call my tower.

The new guy looked between us, he seemed confused and wary. The rumors about me had spread around like a wildfire. I smiled and extended a hand to him, then I re-thought it.

I turned and pressed my palm to the dry wall and left behind a scorched hand mark.

"Sorry, I would shake your hand but I try not to burn people. Unless they had it coming to them."

He just nodded and cast a glance at Alyxa, who snickered.

"You wanna go to the mall?" she asked me.

"I will be let out of my tower?" I didn't think I would be able to leave for a while.

"Yea, the leaders told my dad to tell me to take you to the mall." she wasn't looking me in the eye.

"Why would the leaders care what I do? I thought they wanted me to stay in here for the rest of my life?" The leaders are three gold winged Koeve who think they are on the top of the world.

"I guess they care now." She mumbled.

"Ok, lets go the mall. Im driving!" I announced and walked out of the room.

"You can drive? I thought you were fourteen." Felix tagged behind my heels

"I am." As if it explained everything.

"What kind of car? What color?"

"A blue Porsche."

"Who paid for it?"

"I did."

"Really?" his voice hinted at disbelief.

I turned and faced him in the hall way. "Do I not look rich to you?"

He looked over my over large shirt, ratty sweats, and messy hair pulled up in a pony tail. "No."

I shrugged and walked down to where my car was. Alyxa laughed behind me.

As I walked down the car aisles I caught a smell that didn't belong here, Alyxa's dad's car was here. He didn't give them a ride here because they don't smell like him to much.

"What is your dad doing here?" I looked her in the face.

"I dunno." she mumbled.

I reached out and gripped her hand faster then a snake could bite. I can hear every thought if I was touching someone and force knowledge out of their head. I can also hear thoughts when not touching people, but it is easy when I touch them.

im not supposed to say. Why did she grab my hand? No, do not think about it, she can read thoughts. But I really want to tell her. Dad is just going to talk to the leaders, nothing bad. Oh wait, darn I just told her.
